I would highly recommend Mason Collins!! I honestly don't write many reviews but with his exceptional work and customer service i definitely felt the urge to write one! I had used several plumbers in the area to solve the same issue which was a root intrusion which resulted in digging and replacing the old concrete pipe. No other company seemed to be able to pinpoint the issue like he was able to. He's very competent, easygoing, reliable, and committed to performance. He's also very understanding and empathetic. I recently got scammed in another job and was skeptical to give out money to another contractor but he made sure I was comfortable the whole time! I really do give this guy a 10/10 and I will be using plumber + air from now on!! Thanks to mason I'll be enjoying living in my house again!!!

I had Chris Besse from 1-800 Plumber come out to give me some options for a new water heater. I have some specific challenges in my house and Chris did a great job thinking outside-the-box for ways to address the problems. The quotes ranged from modest to high depending on the complexity of the job, but I think I have narrowed it down to a solution that will work well for me and my budget. The work was completed on Monday. It was a long job for Chris and Evan, they worked hard. They explained everything and cleaned up afterwards. I now have a new water heater and hot water. Great job, I highly recommend.

I had a great experience with Charon, the technician who came out to inspect the HVAC units in my attic. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to thoroughly explain what was causing the issue. What I appreciated most was that he didn’t try to pressure me into a specific repair. Instead, he explained the issue clearly and provided several options to address it, along with the pros and cons of each. It was obvious that he knew what he was talking about and genuinely wanted to help me make an informed decision. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an honest, experienced HVAC technician. I received a new hot water heater and I am quite pleased, joyed and appreciative at the service of 1-800-Plumber + Air. Booking was super quick and easy. They worked around my scheduling needs. Gave me price point options if I considered financing; I was able to take advantage of a promotion they had. Was on time and communicative with me on arrival times. Kris was pleasant and kept me in the loop of the entire process from start to finish; he was amazing and does phenomenal work. He cleaned up the area the worked with once finished. I’m thankful they were able to handle my emergent need, and will be utilizing them for future projects.

Chris Besse Great Character, Knowledgeable, Very Informative and Kept us Updated on Everything, Courteous, Polite, and Respectful. I feel like he was very thorough and not trying to take any shortcuts just to rush and get the work done. I did not rush him nor give him a time limit because I just wanted all of the work done and completed. Correctly. GREAT JOB CHRIS. 👍🏽

Mason was so amazing. We needed emergency repair to a cracked sprinkler back flow on Sunday and he came out and had it repaired within 2.5 hours. What a life-saver. So professional and courteous. We are so thankful for the quick response!
