Untapped Games

First off, Steve, a manager at Untapped Games, is the absolute man. They are very lucky to have him as an employee. I have been a customer for over 10 years and have nothing but good things to say about the shop. They have a Great community for every relevant game. They have a large inventory with current as well as past sets. I also like that i can go to their site and see any of my 150+ orders of just buying/selling singles, going all the way back to ‘14. Anyway, I highly recommend shopping at Untapped. Hands down best card/game shop i have legit ever been to. **Ninja Edit: I have to add that another employee, Jason, is awesome. Always friendly and somehow remembers my name even though I I have just recently started getting back into MTG (and Pokémon for my sons) and stopping back in there to buy/sell cards. Again, I cannot emphasize enough how great this store is. I could legit write a short novel on the reasons why.

It’s been a long time since since the last time I was here. But this store completely surprised me! It was amazing!!! The staff was very welcoming, nice and answered all my questions. Their stock for pokemom, yugioh and magic was great! And the best part was their prices! I was able to get the new pokemon ETB $10-20 cheaper than normally would. I live an hour away but their prices are way better than any of the stores near me. I’m making it a goal to come visit once a month now for my pokemon and magic packs! Definitely worth checking out and it seemed like a fun place to play

Incredibly pleased with an etb purchase and blown away with the packaging. Playing and collecting in the hobby is currently hectic but this made my day. I later called to thank them and Christina was polite. It really is the simple things that show care and character of a business. We look forward to buying again!

To anyone reading I started buying at untapped games early in 2025. I have spent a great deal of money at untapped games. I had no problem paying “scalper” or “market” prices for product because I foolishly thought it was a convenient place to get reliable product that I couldn’t find anywhere else and that I was appreciated. Unfortunately a few incidents lately have made me realize that I was not appreciated as a high volume customer and I was nothing more than dollar signs to them. For this reason I will no longer be giving this business any of my money. If the owner is reading this- I had came to pick up a large TCG order and a warhammer figure on a Friday night about a month or two ago. My warhammer figure was originally forgotten by staff when I had been in for a pick up the day prior. As I was leaving an older gentleman came out with my figure and threw it at me and said “here’s your figure now get out of here” very bluntly, not sarcastic. He then turned away and walked in the back. Recently the OP16 drop you’re offering 35% off ONE booster box for players that have played 4 out of the last 8 pre releases. Well I haven’t played any due to anxiety and other reasons, but I sure have been in to pick up TCG on pre-releases. Pokemon, Yugioh, OP, Union arenas you name it. I’ve spent enough to buy many CASES at your store. However when I asked if I’d be given the discount I was told no because “I haven’t played any”. I am certain I am in your top 5% customer revenue and to be told that for the one discount I ask to be a part of is very disappointing. There have also been many other times I have came in for a pick up order and have been treated rudely, once by the bigger gentleman with a tight shirt (working Friday night) was very rude and short and once be the taller gentleman with glasses. The one with glasses gave me attitude and was condescending because I came early for a pick up order, it was a $700 order and I was the only customer in the shop. He made me feel like I was a burden coming early when he could have clearly just turned around and filled the order. It would have taken him 30 seconds, instead he sat at the register complaining that I didn’t wait the 24 hours and how it’s my fault. If there’s anything I suggest anyone take from this review it’s that the owner and employees have clearly taken advantage of the market and the customers and my experience here was very poor overall. I suggest you go to some other local card shops and see what else is out there. At the end of the day respect matters and don’t give a shop your time Money or energy if they aren’t going to give you that.

This store has a knowledgeable staff that gives great recommendations to casual and veteran tabletop players alike. They have a large selection of board games that seem to very up to date of current releases. I dropped into a dungeons and dragons tabletop session and had a blast. DM's were well versed, flexible to new players and very inclusive.

There’s not many local card places in the area so I’m glad this one’s so close by and they had such a wide variety of Pokemon card sets, boxes, and even pins. The staff there were all incredibly helpful even with an event going on I was helped quickly. Definitely recommend and will come back again. The best chase card in the entire set being pulled is just the cherry on top. Added more chase cards pulled from booster boxes purchased from here at a later date.

We popped into this store to purchase some Pokémon packs! Really helpful, friendly, and cool staff. Such a wide selection of games and cards. Thank you so much!
