Ocean State Job Lot

Great experience I have a nonprofit so I frequently visit job lot locations. Lorri is always helpful kind and friendly today I had the pleasure of meeting Kim she was from another store however she fit right In and was a great help

Job Lot has good prices and usually has what you are looking for in any area of shopping.

This Job Lot used to be my go to one. Now I refuse to go to this one. I walked in to do a little shopping and had to use the restroom. I was told I couldn't. This is new because not even a month ago I was there to pick up an online order and a little shopping and was able to use the restroom. I asked the person coming out the door and asked. She said there isn't a public bathroom there. I said fine I will just pee all over the place.

I walked up to the service counter to pick up a ship to store item. The female cashier after ignoring me to talk to another employee: …do you have a question? The woman who does returns and pickup items is a NIGHTMARE. HOW DARE ANYONE expect her to do her job. At least she’s not as bad as the woman who stands outside the front doors of the store and SCREAMS over the phone that of her ride doesn’t come to pick her up she will physically harm them. Where does Job Lot find these people?

The shelves were neatly arranged, and the prices were surprisingly low and reasonable.

This is a messy, less organized store than some OSJLs I've been in, and less well stocked.
