Nexus Property Management - National HQ

OWNERS BEWARE. I cannot recommend Nexus Property Management based on my experience as a property owner. Communication and response times were a recurring issue throughout our relationship. What ultimately led me to terminate our agreement was what I believe to be excessive repair and turnover charges. After just a one-year lease, I received a turnover estimate that was roughly three times higher than what I typically pay on my other rental properties. Some items, such as replacing damaged window screens, were reasonable, but many of the other charges felt unjustified, especially since similar restoration work had already been completed before the tenant moved in. I repeatedly asked for explanations as to why major items, like repainting ceilings after only one year of normal occupancy, were necessary. I also questioned why certain issues weren't identified during the initial walkthrough if they were truly pre-existing concerns. Instead of receiving clear, transparent justification, I was left feeling like the costs were inflated. As someone looking to grow a real estate portfolio, I value transparency, fair pricing, and timely communication. Unfortunately, my experience with Nexus fell short in those areas, and I decided to move my property to a different management company.

I had an outstanding experience with Nexus Property Management! I want to give a special shout-out to Gregorio, who was absolutely incredible. He is remarkably kind, attentive, and deeply committed to making sure everything is done right. Gregorio goes above and beyond to ensure the entire process runs seamlessly, looking out for everyone involved to keep things moving perfectly. This company is highly optimized and professional—the kind of team you can trust with your eyes closed. Highly recommended!

【06/03/2026】Sam did a great job and went above and beyond! He fixed the toilet issues, loose decks, and handles. 【07/02/2026】 Tom came several times for pest control and lead inspection service requests. He has always been communicative, polite, respectful, and helpful. He consistently communicates the scheduled date and time and has never missed one.

Sam the maintenance guy is awesome. Good at his job. Super respectful, communicates properly, courteous and completes the job properly and in a timely manner. Would recommend Sam to anyone, tenants or eveny regular people. Same gets a 5 star!!

The new emergency maintenance man Thaddeus helped me out big Best Buy couldn’t deliver the new fridge this guy went all out his way and went and got me a mini fridge to hold out. This guy is A1 in my book and Nexus management on point with what they do.

Great experience with Nexus Property Management. The leasing process was easy and straightforward, and the team has been fantastic to work with. We moved in last August and have been so happy that we’re choosing to stay longer and move into a larger apartment. The management team is responsive and professional, and the property is kept in excellent condition. The yard surrounding the property is beautiful and well maintained, the washers and dryers are always clean, and snow removal during the last storm was handled promptly. Overall, a great place to live with a great management team.

Jarred Frasers did an amazing job on my sink! Him and Anabile (don’t know if the spelling is correct) but they were great! Highly recommend you ask for them too!
