Took my 997 in for a check engine light and ignition timing issue that stumped my local Porsche shop, knowing that House's technical expertise is among the best. Proved to be a tricky one but they figured it out eventually - great work all around. Also appreciated the complimentary window switch replacement as a goodwill gesture. One area that House has an opportunity to improve in is communication. My car was in the shop for over a month and I had to repeatedly reach out for updates, which is challenging when the car being repaired is your daily driver and you need to make contingency plans. Just wish the customer updates and communication protocols were as tight as the technical know-how (I would have been ok with automated messages 😬). I would give my experience 4.5 stars, but I hope this will be taken as constructive feedback... Thank you for bringing my 911 back to life!

Second visit to HOUSE and they've earned a customer for life. Nothing was broken — just wanted to stay ahead of maintenance with a brake and transmission service. Andy had it done fast and at a great price. Since I wasn't in a rush to pick up, I added an oil pan weld for a slow leak and got even better bundle pricing. Picked it up that weekend washed and detailed. The service, transparency, and communication here are unmatched. I can't go anywhere else. A+ job — thank you Andy and Greg!

America’s tires don’t have proper lifts for my car so they couldn’t replace my tires despite me buying tires from them… which is a big disappointment and hassle. Worked with House Automotive a few times in the past on my Porsches, texted the owner to see if they could do it for me since they are very close by. They made the exception and took me in! Despite their policy of only working on Porsches. The techs were really careful and patient, and used the right mounting points on the car etc. I am surprised it took this long to replace 4 tires on cars like mine! Quality work and u know it’s done right. They don’t charge exotic tax too, if u know what i mean, reputable reliable business definitely an asset to car enthusiasts in the Pasadena area. Highly recommended!

This is the first time I took my 911 to House Automotive and worked with Scott, who was my service advisor. Came in for 60K mile service and an all around inspection was performed which he noted several other items that should to be fixed. In addition, I decided to lower my car, which they installed professionally! They do awesome custom work. A car rental was provided as an accommodation at no charge and daily communication was given on my car which gave me a good comfort level. Scott and his team provided excellent service and I will definitely come back.

Drove out from Vegas for Air/Water in my ‘95 993 and sprung an oil leak. Called House and spoke to Tara and she had us come by right away which i didn’t expect. We went by they pulled my car in immediately and began their diagnosis. Turns out my oil filler next seal went bad and oil has splashed out during some spirited driving on Angeles Crest. They cleaned up the engine bay refilled my oil and even sent me on my way with some Girl Scout cookies! Great service! Highly recommended!

I found it! Looking for an alternative to spending dealer markup for service and parts for your beloved Porsche? Discovered a local shop, House Automotive that is my new go-to for servicing my car. From the first call to set an appointment I was impressed. Accommodating and didn’t have to wait weeks for an appointment slot. They got me in almost immediately. Worked with Scott Abram’s and he looked into my service record and only suggested what was needed. My dealer failed to log my services accurately so my car was showing service lights that were not up to date. House performed my service and discovered debris in a tire that was causing a slow leak. They repaired the tire during the service and picked up the cost on it. Work was complete quickly while I waited in their comfortable waiting area but was offered a ride if I didn’t want to wait. Cost was quite reasonable compared to what I was paying at my local Porsche dealer. I will be back when repairs or schedule maintenance is required. Scott always does a thorough inspection of the entire vehicle. Tech savvy technicians know where to look for hidden problems. Their inspection reports are very informative and they provide pictures with their findings and repairs. Friendly atmosphere, well stocked, waiting room and knowledgeable. Staff makes this an ideal Repair shop for Porsche vehicles because basically, that’s all they work on. I’d love to be a mechanic there, those guys get to drive some fun cars.
