Excellent! Joana and Dr. Syed took great care of my cat and did a complete workup so that she could feel better. :) despite how busy they are, they took care of my pet in a timely manner. They are very experiences and do great work here. I highly recommend!

UPDATE: I did find out that they do See you faster if you just see a tech & not the doctor (in our case) for a fecal test. So that’s great! • I called at 8:10 if there was a wait, the young guy said right now is a good time to come in. so I drove there, they give you an option to wait in the car, I arrived at 8:24 checked in after 2 people checkout before me, at 8:28 she told me it would be up to a 45 minute wait, there was only two people sitting down with their pets. I don’t know if the rooms were full or they were short staffed, because I did see a lot of workers show up around 9-9:30 am as I was waiting in line I seen the doctor come in that checked my husband’s dog last time, so I know he was the doctor or at least one of them. I had seen other people come after me and be seen and leave before me.. I had to call the front a few times to confirm they would call me while I’m waiting in the car.. The last call at 9:35 a girl told me it was two minutes they were just waiting on a room, by 9:40 someone that arrived (after me while I was in my car earlier) with a German Shepherd went straight to a room, I told her well on the phone They told me two minutes & you told me a 45 min wait , she told me well you’re up next… with an attitude, I told her well they can call me, I’ll be waiting outside. five minutes later, somebody came out and asked if my pet was Coco. I said no. I had been waiting an additional 10 minutes outside again. So I decided to leave and come home. It is now at 10:29 am. Do not tell people to come in without letting them know it will be a two hour wait. I would rather not do business and spend money somewhere where there isn’t any upfront honesty about the wait time. When the guy literally told me it was a good time to go in, clearly not. I did see I had a voicemail either no message at 10:29 but I had I already gotten home.

This is a low cost, high-volume, primary care vet clinic. The Pasadena Animal Shelter uses them. Because of the low cost, lots of ppl = long wait times. Yes, they do walk-ins (fantastic!), but you're going to wait if you don't have appt (really depends on the day and time of day you go. I know when to go and the lobby is usually empty). It is not for emergencies. It is great for routine procedures and primary care. Bloodwork, xrays, labs on the spot, all great. Best prices on diagnostics in southeast Houston. The vaccinations are low cost too. Vets will tell you they are not specialists, they are more like general practitioners. I say this to educate ppl on what to expect. They are great for what they do and I am sure glad we have them. Dr Rambama (forgive typos) is an amazing guy. He caught my dog's kidney disease! Can't afford the VCA's, the Petsmarts, and sole proprietor vet clinics.

Great place. They help the public who can't afford the ridiculously high cost of pet care get medical assistance for their pets.

I take all three of my dogs here, staff is always nice and doctors explain to you the prices/breakdown of all your options to see what you would like to do. My dog was hit by a car and they were very careful with him, referred me to specialist for his fracture. He’s also gotten a dental cleaning here before, they put him under anesthesia and cleaned his teeth/pulled some bad ones. It all went well I definitely trust them, I will say it’s a long wait time depending what time you go. I always go very early at opening to avoid this so that’s an easy fix, however yesterday Wednesday I went at 2pm and there was no wait!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND !! I’ve been bringing my dog here for a couple years. The prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly and always good service. But today, I had the privilege to met Maddie. She is incredible! Definitely by far my favorite tech that I’ve met here. She’s so sweet, patient, knowledgeable, and communicative. She kept me updated while I waited. And explained the medicine without feeling like she’s rushing or just brushing me off - even though they were hella busy today. Thank you so much Maddie! ♥️ ♥️

They are really nice to the animals, its pretty busy, make sure make an appointment before going.

Had to put the most loving beautiful friend I've ever had to rest July 2nd here. The staff was very caring and understanding. It was so hard but they made it easy. The dogs in the office waiting area whimpered as they new what happened. We don't deserve our furry Brothers and Sisters. Zorro, I love you!!! He was one in a million and I'll see him later. Thank you team! and sorry I didn't get any names. I have nothing but thanks and gratitude for this place.
