Omar was very helpful when it came to looking for the perfect 4runner for me. He gave me plenty of options and was very informative on the trim levels. He never pressured me into going with the highest trim level or steered me away from the vehicle. This dealership was great prices compared to others in the dealership. I could proudly say that I will be coming back to Bredemann Toyota for other vehicles in the near feature.

I went to the Toyota dealership for some service on my car and had a good overall experience. My service advisor was nice and upfront about the wait time and the costs before anything was done, which I appreciated. The service itself was a little expensive, and the wait time was pretty long, but they were thorough and explained everything clearly. Overall, the staff was professional and the process felt straightforward.

Michael Sinacola was incredibly helpful and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole sale. What stood out most was the management—the GSM, Brian Monks, was actually out on the showroom floor greeting people and keeping things moving. It’s rare to see that level of engagement. Even the finance office was easy thanks to Jack Prato. He was organized, thorough, and there were absolutely no high-pressure sales pitches. I’ll definitely be sending my friends and family here.

I didn’t want to leave a negative review, but I feel I must. I purchased a 2025 Camry XLE with Joey from Bredeman Toyota, and he treated me respectfully and fairly, regardless of ethnicity. I truly appreciate that. A year later, I ordered a 2026 Grand Highlander with him, but when it arrived, Joey wasn’t there. I had to work with the salesperson, finance guy, and business manager instead. They offered a lowball trade-in price for my Camry, pressuring me with tax credit numbers, even though I already had a CarMax offer of $29,000. They started at $27,000, eventually raised it to $28,000, and repeatedly pressured me to accept, saying things like, “you will lose money if you don’t accept this good offer lol,” and even implying they could cancel my order and sell the vehicle to someone else. I refused and went to other dealers, where I was offered at least $29,000. When I returned to Bredeman and offered $29,000, the business manager initially refused and did not return my deposit—I eventually had to pick it up myself. I ended up at Toyota on Edens, where I traded in my Camry for $29,750 plus the tax credit. Ironically, thanks to Bredeman, I discovered Toyota on Edens—the best dealership experience I’ve ever had.

I have been taking my 2018 RAV4 XLE to Bredemann for service for years now. I find they are always professional, quick, and don't try to play games. They will apply coupons automatically if there is an available discount on the necessary service. Unfortunately, ran into unexpected issues with needing to replace the transfer case and water pump at the same time, and both out of warranty. Bredemann was very patient and did not pressure us into the repair nor to pick up the car while we figured out our options. They let us keep the loaner when weather was bad. Little things like this keep us coming back as ongoing customers. Ultimately decided to work with Sales for a New car and trade-in. Michael Sinacola gave us a very fair trade-in value and was patient as we explored options on the new vehicle. Ultimately went with a 2026 Corolla Cross L. The whole process was smooth, did not feel pressured to walk out the door same day with the vehicle, nor to go for the higher trim level. Michael has stayed in contact to ensure the vehicle is running well. So far so good! Happy with the purchase, I think it is a good value compromise between a sedan and SUV. Adjusting to the smaller engine and less features on the trim level. Very loud when accelerating, but that was clear from the test drive. Thanks Michael!

Since 1990, when I first bought a Corolla from Arnie Rowen who is now a Sales Manager, Bredemann Toyota has been in my opinion one of the most ethical and competent auto dealerships in the area. So when we decided to buy a Toyota Sienna minivan, Bredemann was the first dealer I contacted. Arnie is still there and he turned me over to Pat Mucia. Pat exceeded my expectations on price. He swiftly and patiently worked with me when I realized I had made an error in my initial selection of a vehicle. He accommodated my request to switch my selection, and made closing the deal easy. And his advice was sound regarding the best way for us to contact the credit bureau to make our credit files available to the dealership. Pat was great. Finally, Jesus Padin, Finance Manager, was both reasonable and personable, and we walked out of his office happy and satisfied. I highly recommend the team at Bredemann Toyota. Now we are looking forward to working with the service team there during what we hope will be many years of Sienna ownership. We had a good experience buying our car at Bredemann.

Car buying can sometimes feel overwhelming, but Patsy made the entire process smooth, transparent, and actually enjoyable. One thing that really stood out was how great it was to work with a woman in a field that’s still largely male-dominated. Patsy was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on helping us find the right truck rather than just making a sale. It made the whole experience feel more comfortable and collaborative. We originally started working with Patsy several months ago but ran into a title issue with our previous vehicle that took quite a while to resolve. When everything was finally sorted out and we were ready to move forward, we reached back out to her—and she immediately jumped back in to help.
