Truly the most incredible experience working with Jill Edwards. I found the most gorgeous diamond tennis bracelet and she made me a deal I could not refuse. I don’t even live in Scottsdale and I will forever shop for my jewelry here. They have the most unique and timeless pieces. I will be back soon!

I visited the store on 59th Ave and Beardsley and was welcomed right away by Joey. He was very friendly and politely referred me to the vintage watch specialist at the main location in Scottsdale at Shea & Scottsdale Rd. I made the drive from Arrowhead and I'm glad that I did! I was warmly welcomed and they had anticipated my arrival. My appointment was with Sergio Ortega, the specialist. I have to say that Sergio was great. We got along famously. He was knowledgeable, friendly and such a pleasure to speak with. I would highly recommend Sergio to anyone I know for their desire to be treated kindly and respectfully. We arrived at a successful agreement and I was very happy with the outcome. This was definitely a pleasant experience and I highly recommend E.D. Marshall Jewelers.

A+ Top Notch!!! I stopped in to have my Michele watch battery replaced this morning. They were super quick, and when I received it back the very kind gentleman would not let me pay. He literally made my day. Thank you again for your generosity and I have already told several people about your kindness. We will definitely be back when we are in the market for new jewelry. I did snap some pics of some beautiful rings that I'll be showing my husband when I get home, lol. ;)

ED Marshall is one of the best jewelry stores in the country. I have done business with them for nearly two decades and even after moving across the country, I flew back to Arizona recently to have an item made. One of their master bench jewelers, Mr. Jose Ramos, does truly incredible work. His attention to detail and creativity is unmatched in the industry. Well worth the flight from Ohio to have a custom piece made for my Mother’s birthday. A very unique experience all around. I wouldn’t shop anywhere else.

On the advice of a friend I went in to this store yesterday to inquire about getting a new battery for my watch. I spoke to Scott who was very kind and helpful. He took care of it in less than 5 minutes and cheerfully said "no charge!" I was very impressed and grateful. Good people!

Stopped in to see if they could fix my watch. They were the perfect place to stop. First of all they were very easy to talk with. They understood my problem and had the expertise to help me. They fixed my watch while I was there. I was pleasantly surprised when asked how much I owed for the repair, and was informed that there would be no charge. Although it didn’t take too long to fix the watch I was expecting to compensate them for the watch repair. They were very happy to help me. It should be noted that I was a first time customer, so no special favors were responsible for their gift. Thank you to the team. I don’t often leave reviews. You all went the extra mile and deserve recognition!

Great experience at E.D. Marshall Jewelers! I came in to get a ring appraised and everything was very professional and smooth. Caden and Kenzie were great! They took the time to answer any questions I had. Highly recommend for all your jewelry needs!
