Had a wonderful exp. touring these apartments. The staff was welcoming, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly. They made the entire process enjoyable and informative, and we left feeling confident and excited.

I wanna give a big appreciation to Eric Diaz. He has been helpful enough to answer all my questions as he also has been very friendly in the process of knowing some more about the complex itself and all steps for finally getting a leasing contract. I wish he could stay here for some more years in the coming, he is so professional and his dedication deserves to be recognized.
⭐☆☆☆☆ Extremely disappointing living experience. There has been ongoing excessive noise from neighboring apartments, including constant stomping, running, and loud disturbances well past quiet hours — often continuing until 1 AM or later. Management policies around quiet hours feel meaningless when residents are unable to enjoy basic peace in their own home. It is frustrating to pay premium rent only to deal with constant disruptions that affect sleep and quality of life. If you value a quiet living environment, I would strongly reconsider living here.
I like living here with the exceptions there is NOT enough storage space or garages, I'm over 64 y.o and live alone I should not have to use a storage 6 buildings away, also the leasing office is not professional,.. when you inform them you work from home and an attitude is given as a response sometimes it may not be a good time to communicate but then I feel threatened when I'm told present evidence today or within 24 or get charged and excessive amount when the document had been previously provided prior to taking occupancy, just to find out they had the document all along, I was even told to be quiet so she leasing manager per her could talk when I was only asking simple questions since I had no transportation to take a tour prior to completing the lease agreement and almost did not take the lease agreement do to that fact, there is a better way to communicate I feel these are learning curves for them, and I witnessed 21 tows in 2 nights, it's totally unfair, you can't have anyone visit or even over night for fear of this I am almost certain that I may not renew my lease here otherwise this is a nice place to live. These events have left my mind scared and my decision will not be hard to make when comes time to renew my lease. The best people were the guys who did check the dryer inspection and the apartment inspection ladies were the best ever, professional and friendly, they even had a plant for everyone who wanted one. The facilities here are always clean and I have superb neighbors.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience deserves to be documented. I was recently fined for a trash violation. In the most recent case, I acknowledge I made a mistake with the time window. However, my first violation last year happened after management changed procedures without properly notifying me. I later had to request to be re-added to the community email system because I was not receiving communications. What concerns me most is the inconsistency in accountability. When a resident makes a mistake, there is an immediate fine. When there are communication gaps or service inconsistencies, there is no acknowledgment of responsibility. Additionally, when I visited the office to explain that my concern was about fairness — not money — the interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional. Residents deserve to be heard and treated with respect. As a long-term resident, it is also disappointing to see that renewal offers are sent late and include rent increases that may seem small on paper but are significant when added to an already high base rent. It does not feel like loyalty or long-term residency is valued. This review is not about one fine or one policy. It is about transparency, consistency, and professional treatment of residents.
Worst experience living here! Do yourself a favor and think twice before moving into these apartments. The parking is a nightmare — if you arrive at night, you will never find a spot. Forget about having visitors because the tow truck will take their car immediately. When I had to leave early due to serious health issues in my family, I gave them a 30-day notice, yet they still forced me to pay an extra month’s rent for an apartment I didn’t even live in anymore. On top of that, two weeks before moving out, the A/C broke down in the middle of August and they left me without air for 7 days during the hottest days of the summer, with zero explanation or compensation. What makes it worse is that I explained my daughter’s medical condition (a brain tumor), and they showed absolutely no humanity or empathy. The rent price looks one way on paper, but with all the hidden fees and $150 extra charges, it ends up being much more expensive. The gate was broken almost the entire time I lived there, the smell of marijuana was constant, and management simply did not care. Truly the worst rental experience I’ve ever had. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.
Eric Diaz was incredibly helpful during my move to my new apartment. As a Resident Experience Specialist, he made the process smooth, stress-free, and well organized. He was professional, friendly, and always willing to help. Highly recommend!
My experience visiting the Lantower Grande Flats was nothing short of welcoming. I am currently relocating and torn between Orlando and the Tampa/St Petersburg area. I received excellent assistance from Ms. Naome Gamble, who was absolutely phenomenal. Although I had a great experience, I ultimately accepted a job offer in Southwest Florida. I truly appreciate her time and, if I ever move back to the Orlando area, I plan to stop by and see her to explore my options again.
