Thanks to her exceptional service, I was able to secure two incredible pieces: a 31mm Two-Tone Mother of Pearl Datejust with diamond markers and a 36mm Mint Green Datejust with a fluted bezel on a Jubilee bracelet. Both of which I had been looking to gift family. Clare went above and beyond to ensure a seamless and memorable experience. Wonderful experience at James and Sons in Orland Park! Our family has been coming to the Lincoln Park location in Chicago for years, and we transitioned to using this store about a year ago. From the initial consultation to pickup, Donna was so helpful and walked me through every step of the process. She was super informative, and I really appreciated the hospitality and thorough customer service. Looking forward to continuing to do business at this location in the future!

Sam(antha) and Jamie (I do not think I am spelling Jamie's name right) at the Orland Park Crossing location are great! They resized and cleaned just a basic, but very sentimental, ring for me and I love it!

Claire was very helpful. If I or my family and friends need any jewelry I will recommend Claire to help them. I was really impressed buy her because she did not know if I was rich or poor.I was dressed in dirty jeans and an Army hat and she did not hesitate to help me. My wife had passed and I was wearing her chain that had her Faith Hope and Charity charm, and my medal of the Virgin Mary that I wore in Vietnam that broke. Went in there and Jamye was on her A game. Very good at what she does on top of being very personable. Made up 2 pieces I had in mind for my wife. Ordered and on the road in 20 min. Stayed in contact with updates via email. Picked them up a few days later. Will definitely be back

I initially stopped in to browse their extensive engagement ring selection, and she took the time to walk me through everything. When I returned with my mom to make a purchase, Clare again guided us through all the options and helped us find the perfect ring.
