She took her time walking me through the space, pointing out key features, amenities, and answering all of my questions thoroughly. What really stood out was her attention to detail and how personable she was—she made the entire tour feel comfortable and tailored to what I was looking for. She didn’t rush the process and made sure I had a clear understanding of everything the apartment community has to offer. Arkeatha truly goes above and beyond to provide excellent service. She made the experience smooth, informative, and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend working with her if you’re looking for an apartment!

I love the overall community the moment I arrived at Arrive. BUT the star of the show was truly my leasing agent Kayla!!! I loooooove me some Kayla!!! She was so helpful and welcoming from the moment my bestfriend called her to show me an apartment THROUGH FACETIME!!! Her patience has been so amazing with my grandparents as well!!! I already knew the moment I spoke with her that I wanted to live at Arrive!!! Even though she was newer to the property she showed me she was still very knowledgeable! I can not wait to move into my new home , the property and Kayla are AMAZING!!!!!!

I’ve been living at Arrive Odenton for about 3 years now, and overall it’s been a really great experience. The community is always clean, quiet, and well-kept, which is something I’ve really appreciated over time. I especially want to shout out Jasmine from the leasing office, she has been amazing. Every time I’ve had a question or needed help with anything, she’s been super responsive, patient, and genuinely kind. Whether it’s explaining something about my lease, helping with a request, or just making sure everything is taken care of, she always goes above and beyond. Definitely ask for Jasmine if you are looking to rent here!

She made the entire process seamless and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The property itself was exactly as described. It was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully set up with everything you could need. You can really tell that Christine takes pride in creating a welcoming space for her guests. Arkeatha was very helpful and patient in the move in process and all my questions. She was able to assist me in setting up my account while driving across country and made it very pain free. Also did a wonderful job with making sure everything was in working order for the inspection. Excellent customer service
