NRH Centre

We just celebrated a birthday party 🥳 at NRH Centre and I only have great things to say. The party rooms are excellent, warm and well equipped. The guys at the front desk were very friendly with all of my guests and the lifeguards in the kiddie pool/slide did awesome at keeping all those kids in check 😀👀. Thank you so much! I’ll be back! ⚙️

We mainly joined to go to the indoor water park and splash pad. It's not very big compared to other indoor aquatic centers. But, they have a spiraling slide, walking river, and 3-lane lap pool. They also have a pretty large spa. Most of the water levels are 3 feet, 6 inches. The deepest part is 9 feet where the rock climbing wall is located.

Extremely nice facility!!!! Very clean and spacious with clean restrooms. We went for an event for my son's school and had a great time. We were in the grand hall which was a nice size for large events. It's in a very nice and developing area. I hope to return someday soon.

They pick and choose what rules to enforce. Very large and hefty kids were going down the toddler slide almost landing in my 2 year old at the bottom of the slide. But the lifeguard only wanted to keep yelling at my son for not going on his butt/back. I completely understand enforcing the butt rule however when no other rule is enforced it becomes very frustrating especially when more serious issues are taking place. At one point, I told the lifeguard I know I’m trying to keep him on his butt, but can you please enforce all the other rules too those kids are way too big to be going down the toddlers side and she chuckled and said yes, I know. She didn’t do a single thing about the other rules being broken that were far more dangerous.

This is our home gym! They have everything we need and a pool/swim activity area for kids and adults. They offer classes and have an indoor track upstairs for walking or jogging. The machines are new and in great condition and the free weights are great as well. It’s affordable too!

Staff are polite and professional. I love the aquatic center. Edited to reduce from 5 to 2 stars. Mothers persistently bring school age boys into the showers, changing rooms and toilets. The facility provides family rooms. The first several times the staff responded appropriately and escorted the family to the family rooms. But now the staff is slow or does not respond when you ask them to address the issue. It is a consistent, persistent issue of finding yourself stranded in the shower while a boy plays in the changing room.

We have been getting personal training here for several years now. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. Our trainer Cynthia is so focused on helping us get to our goals.

Excellent facilities with friendly service at reasonable prices. What more can you ask for?
