We love visiting this place each year we come to Myrtle Beach. It's really cool to see the Alligators up close, especially the feeding show. There's a couple bigger gators that jump up for their meal. Coming from someone who lives in Ohio, we don't see anything like this at home. There's other animals to see as well, monkeys, mountain lions, birds, and a big indoor reptile exhibit. I started bringing my kids here as toodlers, and they still enjoy it as young adults. It's a family friendly place. Prices have went up a bit each year, it's about 45$ a person to get in, which is disappointing. However the whole world went up in prices, so it's expensive to do anything fun these days.

Visitor notes
Nice activity to do with kids and being in nature . Many excursions of different species of alligators are displayed there. I've seen some giant alligators here and their feeding show is quite interesting. Restrooms were clean and staff were friendly . Make sure you don't visit during extreme temperatures as you tend to move faster and miss few paths due to heat . White alligator could've been in nature set up too that's what I think ,it seems to be in the dark tunnel with no plants and nature around it .
We had a fantastic time at Alligator Adventure! It was such a cool experience to see so many different types of alligators and crocodiles up close. The sheer number of them is impressive, but there is also a great variety of other wildlife to see throughout the park. It’s a wonderful spot for families—the kids really enjoyed learning about the different animals and their habitats. While the gators are obviously the stars of the show, the boys' absolute favorite part was the snake and lizard area. They were fascinated by the different reptiles and loved getting a closer look at them. The staff was knowledgeable, and the layout made it easy to navigate and see everything at our own pace. If you're looking for a fun and educational outdoor activity for the family, this is definitely worth the visit!
This is by far one of the best zoo/animal exhibit I've been to. The animals are well taken care of. Their needs are being met. Prices are reasonable for admission and snack bar. If you're going to Myrtle Beach then you should visit Alligator Adventure!!
We visited Alligator Adventures on a Sunday afternoon. Wasn’t crowded at all. Was a little pricey, but they have a lot of animals to take care of so it’s understood going in. We sat for a couple of shows and they were enjoyable. This is a must see place in Myrtle Beach if you have children with you. They would love it.
This is a FABULOUS place to take your family. Make sure you check the times online for the shows so you're able to see both shows! Everywhere is VERY clean. The staff is very kind and knowledgeable. I have our recommend to anyone visiting or local that wants a fun screen free day!
Had a great time! Met three Sibling capybaras, Casper the albino alligator, Bobette The tailless alligator, And got to pet a small alligator. Visited in mid February and was not busy. This is my second alligator museum. I’ve attended the other one being in Orlando. Able to pet the capybara’s like the Orlando site, however did not happen As the capybara’s are four months old. Both the South Carolina and Florida museums are truly amazing.
Best time to go to Myrtle beach is May. It’s not so humid or crowded. No lines were at alligator adventure the day I went and it was worth the price for sure. The 2 hours they say it is, is the right amount of time. You need to see the alligator feed at 11:00am and then also talk to Roscoe the parrot. Also we bought tickets right at he ticket booth and that was a smooth and easy process.
