After our test drive, the used car salesman (older Hispanic man can't recall his name) hide my car keys probably to keep us there. I spent another 10mins searching the lot for my keys. He had taken it with him inside. Then when he came, he tried to sneak and keep it in the car but I saw and said you had my keys. I just took it and walked away. How annoying. So mean! I still give them 3 stars because they have a good amount of newish used cars.

I sold my 2024 Acura to Galpin Motors yesterday and it was a wonderful experience. They were the highest offer even beating CarMax's offer by two thousand dollars. I live in Santa Clarita and Jonathan Roberts was very accomodating. He came from the valley and met me locally to do the transaction saving me time. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on making sure we found the right vehicle—not just making a sale. Great experience and service from the staff. They were able to replace the passenger side airbag that was part of the Ford recall faster than I anticipated. The great thing is that they take photos of your vehicle at check in for inspection and offer complimentary car wash. They have serviced my Ford Fusion Sport edition for years and appreciate the care and attention. As you are waiting for your service, you might get to see some nice toys.

Just wanted to take a minute to rate my recent experience at Galpin Motors. Absolutely thrilled with my experience and I can’t thank Kevin enough. Kevin McEneaney my salesman was amazing he is extremely genuine and a gentlemen that is a true professional. He had made this experience very smooth for me and my daughter from beginning to an end. Since we drove couple hours out to get the car I wanted, Kevin treated us to some Starbucks as soon as we walked in. He also showed us all the nice cool cars that they had there while we waited for the car and paperwork to be ready and my daughter loved it!! Purchase catalic converter with warranty and Gaurenty. Everyone was very friendly. Same a delivery. Not to mention, I was told by another Ford dealership for the same parts a couple of days waiting, as is conditions, non refundable. Always get at least a second opinion .
