Galpin Ford

(February 28, 2026) I drove into Galpin Ford parking lot with a heavy heart to return my car for end lease contract. My credit score was so bad, i been turn down to 5 car dealerships that i went. Unleast i have 4-6 grand down payment and a co-signer. When i was at Galpin Ford, i got introduce to Angela, she ask if i going to get another car. I said, don't waste waste your time on me, i wont get approve, I try already on the other dealership. Angela said, do you want another car, i said yes, she said let me try to help you no commitment. I said fine, Then, I saw her running around like rugrats between parking lots and to the office. Then one of the finance guy came to me and said we have your car, Angela is working on it now to bring over to the front. I was surprise and ask the guy i don't want her to bring the car. i want her to see i can get approve first before she do anything. The guy said, don't worry about getting approve that Angela's job not for you to worries. long story short, ANGELA MAKE THE IMPOSSIBLE, POSSIBLE for me. I drove home with a car i want and a super much less down payment, Angela @ Galpin Ford, Thank you so much, God blessed your heart for helping me.

I’ve got to give a massive shout-out to Andre Hurtado at Galpin. My cousin recommended him, and I’m so glad he did. Andre helped me get my girlfriend into the exact 2025 Ford Bronco Outer Banks she wanted, and honestly, the deal he put together was unbeatable. ​He actually beat the prices I was getting from brokers—lower payments and a much better overall package. He even got us a 10-year / 100,000-mile powertrain warranty included, which gives us huge peace of mind, and he had an auto package installed on the vehicle too. To top it all off, he surprised us with a $250 gas card to get us started. ​The whole process was easy and fast because Andre was upfront and honest from the second we walked in. You can tell he really puts in the hard work for his customers—it’s like he treats every deal like a piece of art. If I could rate him 10 stars instead of 5, I would. If you’re headed to Galpin, do yourself a favor and ask for Andre Hurtado. He’s the man!

Huge shoutout to Dev at Galpin Ford for helping me drive off in one of my absolute dream cars—a Jeep! A close friend of mine highly recommended him, and I’m so glad I listened. Dev was professional, attentive, and really made the effort to ensure I was happy with the vehicle. Buying a car can be a stressful process, but he kept things smooth and straightforward. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is just because the overall dealership paperwork and wait time took a bit longer than expected (classic dealership experience), but Dev himself was fantastic from start to finish. If you’re looking for a seamless, no-pressure experience, definitely ask for Dev!

This dealership sells lemon cars. The vehicles are malfunctioning and become a nightmare within weeks. Even if you try to sue or hire a lawyer, the process can take months — and during that time, you’re stuck paying for a car you can’t even drive, plus insurance. My car had overheating issues, transmission problems, and tire/shock issues within the first few weeks. This has been an extremely stressful and unfair experience. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before purchasing from here. I purchased a 2024 Ford Bronco Sport. The dealership won’t even give me paperwork I’m entitle d to have. Such as the 10 day purchase buyback. They keep on saying they can’t release it. I have attached videos and proof of some of the problems!

I want to share a positive review with everyone. About a month ago, I came to Galpin Ford after having an unpleasant experience at another nearby dealership. They guided me through the entire process in the best way possible, explained exactly what I needed to know, and gave me the best buying experience I’ve ever had. And honestly, not only during the purchase – even a month later, they still answer every question I have and guide me whenever I need it. I was shopping around looking for a new/used car. I spotted a few I liked through the Galpin website. Miguel Gomez was my contact sales person. Even though the cars were not in his Galpin Genesis department he made sure to take care of me. He took me to see the vehicles I wanted and was very patient and explained the vehicles features well. We ran the numbers and he spoke with his managers, got me then best deal possible. They are having great deals at Galpin, the BEST IN 10 YEARS! I ended up getting my Bronco. It was a bitter sweet happy ending. I had to replace my Mustang Pony (car accident )for a Bronco Stallion. Extremely happy with the features and the price.
