Was out at park circle Saturday 4/25 with friends and we decided to stop at DIG for lunch. I thought that I would get something simple and easy so I ordered the Dig scholar burger medium well….the food came out in a decent time but as I started to eat the burger I realized the meat was really soft. I was a few bites in and looked down and saw that the meat was literally pink, soft, and RAW!! My burger still had raw meat inside of it. I realize mistakes happen but I felt it was totally unacceptable to serve a burger that way… I told the waitress about it and she asked if I would like them to cook another, I refused because I wasn’t really hungry after inadvertently eating raw meat. HERES THE WORST PART, The waitress told me not to worry and stated verbatim “YOU CANT GET SICK FROM EATING RAW BURGER MEAT” 🤯😐. I don’t understand anybody in their right mind that would say that. That was so off putting and I can only imagine what else comes out of that kitchen and the ignorance that goes on there because that is totally disgusting. What made matters worse was my friend went inside when we were all done to ask the waitress for a soda to go and caught them trash talking me for requesting the RAW BURGER to be taken off the bill. Absolutely mind blowing that this is how this establishment operates and would allow cooks and waitresses to put stuff out like this then trash a customer for not wanting to get sick. I will never come back here and I’d advise anyone else to check their food especially your burger before eating it .

Came to watch the USA soccer game. Cody was our waiter and did a great job serving us while balancing all his other tables. One of our favorite spots in Park Circle. Fried pickles are great!
When we first got there, I ordered drinks at the bar while we were waiting for seating. Two drinks cost $18. I paid cash. When we were seated, the waitress was amazing, food was exceptional and we really enjoyed everything! Upon looking at my bill, the same round of drinks cost only $13. That’s a five dollar difference from paying cash to the Bartender!!! I should’ve never given the bartender a tip, as she already added a tip in for herself! And no, it wasn’t happy hour!!!
Awesome staff that really makes it a pleasure to watch games or just kick it on a lazy day. Shout out to Marie, K, Anna, both Abby’s, Jordan, and Vix and Cody.. Truly an all star team including management and the kitchen providing the best products possible for a reasonable price. Highly recommend the daily specials and the cheese curds, but everything is good!
EDIT: after posting this, they did reach out with the % of sales donation from the event. Still really bummed It took 3+ months as well as countless emails & calls from our fully volunteer-foster group. We had such a great Saturday at DIG it pains me to write this. We came for their oyster roast // fundraiser for our local shelter (Colleton). DIG had graciously agreed to donate 15% of their specialty drink sales toward our shelter - a small % which has meaningful impact for us! Over 3 months later, they refuse to write the check. Ethically I cannot support businesses who back out of their commitments, especially to rural, underfunded, understaffed shelters. This is not a reflect on the staff at the individual location - they were great. This is on management and the greater hospitality group
Went there on Saturday with my boyfriend. The food is awful. It’s overpriced cheap food. I ordered a Southwest salad with grilled shrimp. The shrimp were fine but the salad was terrible. It was cheap shredded lettuce and everything was just thrown in a bowl. It tasted bad. The waiter took it off the bill, and asked me if I wanted to order something else. I ordered the steak taco instead. That was no steak, it was just the processed meat used in gyros. Anyway, the portion size was big, but it didn’t taste great. My boyfriend ordered some kind of hot dog, and the hot dog was a cheap hot dog, not even a good quality one. For $45, I expected a decent salad and my boyfriend expected a decent hotdog with sides etc. My boyfriend left the waiter a 25% tip because he was nice. However, we won’t be going back to this restaurant. Our favorite is Ciudad Bonita down the road. I wish we went there instead. However, we wanted to try something different. I hate it when we go out to eat and the food sucks. Please try to improve your menu.
Good vibes if you’re looking for a sports bar type atmosphere with a cool outdoor patio! The wings tasted great, but were pretty pricy at $12 for 6 and $22 for 12, and fries costed extra. My wife also loved the burger, and it was a pretty generous size! The menu was medium sized. Not too big and not too small. However, there are plenty of specials throughout the week that were advertised. We sat outside, which had a really cool vibe. Great spot to hang with friends on a good weather day. However, I stepped inside and the inside seating area looked pretty depressing. The waitress we had also seemed like she was in a slight rush, and wasn’t very talkative. Overall, it was a pretty good experience with some slight negatives. I would definitely go back with some friends for lunch! They also allow dogs out in the patio area, which is always a plus! My one message for the restaurant would be to make the wings cheaper please! But again, overall a good experience. My wife and I liked it.
My husband I are new to the area and came to check out Park Circle. We happened upon The Dig and it was a pleasant surprise. My husband ordered a club sandwich and I had a chicken bowl. The food was really good! I ate every bite, and my husband would have, but his sandwich was huge. William, our server, was even better! He was very friendly and provided excellent service! We will definitely be back!
