I reserved a party package for my teenager here. The host was very attentive and meticulous with planning and execution from start to end. I added a gokart game last minute and it was accommodated without an issue. The organizer is good with reminders before the party. Usual party package includes 1 laser game which is only 15 minutes so I had to add 1 more session. The arcade games are great as well and the teenagers had a blast.

We recently had a birthday party here for 10 people, and the total cost was over $800. For that kind of money, I honestly expected a much better experience for the parents and guests. The biggest issue was the amount of paperwork and forms at the entrance. I completely understand there are legal requirements and liability waivers, but instead of enjoying my child’s birthday, I spent around 40 minutes out of our 2-hour party running around filling out paperwork for all the guests. I know the venue already offers online registration and waiver forms, but in my opinion, this process should be mandatory before the party even starts. Parents should not be dealing with paperwork during the actual birthday event. Another frustrating part was the arcade situation. Even though we purchased a birthday package that supposedly included arcade games, employees were still telling every child to reload their cards and pay extra money for many of the games. This created a very uncomfortable situation for the invited guests. The kids had already brought gifts and attended the party, yet it constantly felt like they were being pushed to spend more money at every machine. After the pizza, everything also felt extremely rushed. The moment the kids finished eating, staff immediately started cleaning and clearly preparing for the next group. Overall, the entire experience felt less about creating a fun and memorable birthday for children and more about nonstop upselling: payments, extra charges, rules, paperwork, signatures, and procedures everywhere. Of course the kids still had fun because they don’t notice these things, but from a parent’s perspective, the service experience was honestly exhausting and disappointing for the amount of money being charged.

Last Saturday I took my elderly mom who has Dementia for a fun night out. We had some challenges to go in the go carts but the manager personally helped us. She was determined for us to have a fun night out. The manager and her staff were kind and friendly to our needs. I will be returning soon. Thanks Play and Spin!

Great place for teens and younger children. Spent about $50 a person and the three teens had fun playing laser tag, go carts, rock climbing etc. It's a decent place to go for a party or for a few hours of fun and playing games and getting tickets for prizes especially if you live near Niles, Illinois. It's a somewhat hidden gem if you are looking for somewhere fun for older children to go.

Play & Spin is an awesome spot for a family outing! The arcade is packed with fun games, the go-karts are a blast, and the inflatable park kept the kids entertained for hours. The place is very clean and well-maintained, and all the employees were super friendly and helpful. We had a great time and will definitely be back!

Perfect spot for birthday parties or just a fun day out with family! The space is huge and super clean, the staff is welcoming, and the food and drinks are excellent. Plus they have some of the best deals on Groupon. Highly recommend!

Clean environment with many games and options to play. The staff was friendly and were attentive to their posts. There wasn’t music blasting in overhead speakers so it was easy to communicate with the kids. Will definitely return again.

I'll be better to have your hours of operation clearly printed on your door. Nothing showing your times/days of opening, you have to scan that small QR code on the door to go on the website before you can see their schedule........ I randomly drove past it and decided to go inquire with high recommendation but it was closed.
