Maid of the Mist was, without a doubt, the highlight of our trip to Niagara Falls. No matter how many photos or videos you've seen, nothing compares to experiencing the falls from the boat. As you get closer, the roar of the water, the cool mist, and the incredible power of the falls create an unforgettable experience. The complimentary ponchos definitely come in handy—you will get wet, and that's part of the fun! The staff was friendly, organized, and kept everything moving efficiently, even with large crowds. The ride felt safe, well-managed, and offered amazing views from every angle. We brought our kids, and they absolutely loved every minute of it. There were plenty of opportunities for incredible photos before, during, and after the ride. The entire experience was well worth the price and exceeded our expectations. If you're visiting Niagara Falls, this attraction is an absolute must-do. It's one of those experiences you'll remember for years and something everyone should experience at least once. We would happily do it again on our next visit and highly recommend it to anyone looking for the best way to experience the beauty and power of Niagara Falls. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great way to experience the falls. You are going to get wet, but what else do you expect? Just incredible views. The staff was great and kept large crowds moving, so we didn't sit and wait too long.

If you're visiting Niagara Falls, you absolutely have to take a boat tour. The views from the shore are majestic, but being on the water is a whole different level of awe. This photo captures the sheer power and scale of the American and Bridal Veil Falls as we approached the base. As a Level 7 guide, I highly recommend finding a spot near the front—you'll get drenched, but the blue ponchos they provide work like a charm, and the feeling of the mist and spray thundering around you is exhilarating! The roar of the water is incredible, and you can truly feel the immense energy of nature. It’s a sensory experience that photos can barely begin to capture. It was really fast to get in on a Sunday. The staff was gracious and kind. The woman handing out the ponchos helped assure our 11 year old son it was very safe and told him she was a lifeguard and grandma and she would never let kids go on an unsafe boat. She was a gem! Every step of the way including getting on an elevator & in the elevator had staff present and the boat staff all greeted us, including the captains. The deck was not slippery when wet and we enjoyed ourselves for that wonderful 15 minutes in one of the 8 great wonders of the world!

Should you find yourself visiting Niagara Falls, the Maid of the Mist boat ride is an experience that comes highly recommended. We thoroughly enjoyed our boat ride, which offered an incredibly close view of the falls; it truly felt like a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity that should not be missed. Although there was an approximate 30-minute wait to board the boat, the experience was undoubtedly worth it, showcasing nature at its finest. After purchasing your tickets, you can ascend the stairs to the bridge, where the views from above are quite spectacular. You might consider spending about 10 minutes there before taking the elevators down to the boat. A poncho is essential, and for the best experience, we suggest trying to secure a spot on the upper deck of the boat to fully appreciate the falls' grandeur.

The Maid of the Mist at Niagara Falls was an unforgettable experience! The excitement built as we got closer to the incredible power and beauty of the falls. Being right beside the rushing water was breathtaking — the views were absolutely stunning, and the boat ride gave us a perspective of Niagara Falls that you simply can’t get anywhere else. The crew was friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience safe and enjoyable. This is a must-do attraction for anyone visiting Niagara Falls. It’s an amazing memory we will treasure....
