I came here looking for a good drink and tasty yet healthy food and found it! The mango margarita was thick and flavorful and the salmon plate was delicious and beautiful. The inside of the bar is covered in TVs which was great, because there was a world cup game on. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is trying to watch sports or grab good food and drink in a nice vibe.

Absolutely turned this place weird. I’ve been coming here a couple times as I used to love the food(and allegedly affordable drinks) but not only was our food not good, I got charged an extra damn near $20 for an order that did not contain alcoholic drinks and only 1 entree and a couple apps. A $76 order is so odd??? Im sorry, the mocktails were watered down insanely, the water glasses were not clean, and not only was a 20% gratuity automatically charged (for 2 people, insane) but I was told by the lady serving us I had to add an extra tip bc my signature wouldn’t go through without pressing the buttons on the top of the electronic card reader. Im so confused and Literally so disappointed and my fries tasted so off. Like it was frozen and quickly heated up. Couldn’t even finish it. I don’t waste food so I asked for it to go. Smelled and tasted even weirder after some time. The place was cute and music was nice but the way this place upcharges for the barest minimum you’d think this is Michelin star. lol no. All in all very unsatisfactory and idk what changed. Used to be so good not even a year ago. Horrible 🤢
We came on Sat 7th March, our last night in usa. Originally we was going to the Red Lion, but spotted a table here next door, and so we popped in, and so glad we did (we brought our passports, which get scanned upon entry). Me, my husband and 2 daughters, 21, 23. We had a great table and a lovely waitress, service. Cocktails and food were good. The band was excellent!! we didn't want to leave :-(
The place is really good, we ordered our drinks and food and we were satisfied with it, we wanted to share and enjoy a while and the place was ideal for that, we will definitely come back later ☺️
I visited Wicked Willy’s on a Wednesday for karaoke, and I had very mixed feelings. First, I want to give a huge shoutout to bartender Emely. At first she came across a little dismissive, but I could also tell she was dealing with difficult guests. Once I made an effort to be friendly, asked her name, and thanked her for her service, she completely warmed up. She was attentive, made great drinks, and really turned the experience around. She deserves recognition. Unfortunately, the karaoke experience was the complete opposite. I’ve hosted karaoke for over six years, so I understand how stressful it can get, but the host was visibly intoxicated, repeatedly cursed on the microphone, and was unnecessarily rude to guests. At one point she blamed issues on her old computer, but regardless of the reason, it came across as unprofessional and chaotic. If you’re working, especially as the face of the entertainment, being drunk and taking frustrations out on guests hurts the business. It’s a shame because the concept is fun, the drinks are good, and the bartender was excellent. Sadly, the karaoke host left such a bad impression that I honestly wouldn’t come back for karaoke.
Jesse gave me and my boyfriend a little voucher for a free drink while we were at the park and said it was valid for today, thursday, even though the voucher said wednesday! Super nice guy. We get to the place and try to order our free drink and our server argued with us acting as if we were lying about being told about the voucher being good for today. I ended up getting up from our table to talk to the bouncer to confirm and he said it was in fact good for today and let the server know. Kinda weird their own servers dont even know whats going on at their own workplace. Got the free drink (vodka cran) and tasted 0 alcohol but i suppose you cant expect much from a free drink lol. Food was ok but pretty overpriced, atmosphere was okay, menus definitely inconsistent as i tried to order toppings that were listed on the late night menu and was told i couldnt get any. Definitely wont be coming back 😭 especially after seeing how rude they are to unsatisfied customers in the review replies!!!!! Save ur money n go to any other of the million bars in nyc xx
We showed up for our reservation less than 10 minutes late, and the hostess was extremely rude from the moment we walked in. There isn’t any grace period listed on their website, but she first told us we were 15 minutes late and had missed it. When we explained that we had actually arrived in under 10 minutes, she suddenly said the grace period was 10 minutes instead. It honestly felt like the explanation kept changing. On top of that, it didn’t seem like they had any tables available for people who had reservations
am writing to share my feedback regarding a recent brunch experience at your establishment that fell incredibly short of basic hospitality standards. Despite the restaurant being virtually empty (only two tables were occupied), the service and cleanliness were entirely unacceptable. Our experience was marred by several significant issues: Hygiene and Sanitation Failures: Upon receiving our brunch carafe, we discovered a dirty, discarded straw wrapper inside it. Worse, a stray hair was found on my plate. When brought to the staff's attention, they attempted to dismiss it as "parsley," which was insulting given the obvious difference. To top it off, we had to ask a different server for utensils, which arrived visibly unpolished and filthy. Inadequate Service and Poor Training: Our server lacked basic menu knowledge and was unable to answer simple questions regarding the ingredients of the brunch cocktails, answering every inquiry with "I don't know." Furthermore, the service was rushed and inattentive; after stating we wanted the bottomless brunch option, the server walked away before taking our actual drink orders. Hostile Staff Interactions: When our food server brought chipotle mayo instead of the plain mayonnaise requested, my friend politely corrected the mistake. The server responded with a noticeably rude attitude, which was entirely uncalled for. Misleading and Restrictive Drink Policies: While advertised as a "pitcher," the drinks are served in smaller carafes. Additionally, the policy restricts a table of five to only one carafe at a time, forcing the entire table to agree on a single flavor. This policy defeats the purpose of a group brunch, especially when the drinks themselves—specifically the strawberry mimosa—tasted entirely flavorless and watered down. A successful brunch relies on attentive service and proper food safety protocols, both of which were completely absent during our visit. I will not be returning to this location, and I cannot recommend it to others. I hope management takes immediate steps to address these service gaps and training deficiencies.
