great little spot with really good food and a laid-back, character-filled setup. lots of little trinkets to buy as you wait in line if you go on a weekend (only down side). perfect spot to grab a coffee and go for a hot girl walk on the west side highway. we just got food and a coffee and went to the wsh to eat brunch with some people watching - which is what we did. i did the scrambled eggs with sourdough - AMAZING. and my friend got the egg sando. all great. coming back sans line.

With wooden interiors, soft lighting, and a minimalist aesthetic, it strikes the perfect balance between stylish and homey. It’s the kind of place where you instantly feel welcome, whether you’re stopping in for a quick coffee or settling down with your laptop for a while. I ordered a flat white and their smoked salmon toast both were excellent. The coffee was smooth and flavorful, and the toast came beautifully plated with fresh ingredients and thoughtful seasoning. Their commitment to quality and detail really shows. THE ELK is a hidden gem that delivers not just great coffee, but also a consistently warm and satisfying experience.

Best coffee and matcha in the city! The service is amazing and super quick. Definitely one of my favorite spots. 🍵🪄⭐️

I can only judge based on the breakfast burrito, which was absolutely delicious. I can highly recommend it.

THE ELK is THE spot. Serving up amazing coffee, breakfast all day, and a delicious lunch menu make this one of my favorite cafes in the west village. Even T Swift has mentioned she loves this place. I decided to switch it up on my last visit and try something off the drink special menu. I went with the Cinn-Full latte and it was incredible. The espresso, cinnamon and honey combo was perfect and dangerously delicious. I added a cheddar chive scone and it was SO good.

they do NOT know how to make their drinks 😞🫩 it was actually so bad and had to ask them to remake it few times. by the way, the drink is so expensive and imagine not knoeing how to make it properly? actually irritating. The only good thing is their vibes. they have bo seating except two benches outside the cafe.

Great place for breakfast or lunch. I tried quinoa salad and I couldn't forget the flavors 😋 it was simple looking yet delicious. Staff members were welcoming and friendly. Highly recommended this place.
