West just had his annual wellness visit, and as always, the team was wonderful. Everyone is so patient, kind, and great with him, which makes every visit a positive experience. As a first-time pet parent, I especially appreciate how clearly they communicate what’s happening during the appointment and what to expect moving forward. They take the time to answer questions and make sure you feel informed and supported. We’re so grateful to have found such a caring team!
Symphony came at the recommendation of our neighbors and we could not be happier with the level of service! First of all, I love when you are able to go into the treatment room with your pet. Everyone there was so patient and understanding with my shy/nervous dog, and the vet took the time to explain every single step of the treatment plan. Will be recommending to every pet owner I know in the city!

My dog was experiencing very unusual urinary symptoms. She is 10, getting older and some urinary urgency can be expected, but this time it was different.
I wanted her to be seen to ward off any possible UTI infection , kidney disease, or diabetes. More likely she would probably need an antibiotic, or further testing to rule out a more serious illness.
My regular vet or alternative had no appointments available for an immediate treatment.
I called Symphony and was able to have her seen the same day.
The office personnel was very responsive, polite, listened to my concern, and quickly looked for an opening and found an appointment just for a few hours away.
The Vet listened carefully, asked many questions about her symptoms, questioned specific symptoms I had observed , and he discussed what the exam would entail, what further test would be necessary, the possible options, what further tests may be required, and included the costs for each type of diagnostic procedure that would be needed, if further testing was required.
Further, I given instructions and ask me to summarize to make certain I understand all, and including when to expect the results and that he would call to discuss what other medication, or treatment may she may need.
I was and am very pleased and satisfied with all of the services I received.
I would definitely recommend Symphony Veterinary Care to anyone who needs excellent veterinary care.
Today’s visit to Symphony Vet for my boy Noah was nothing short of exceptional.
From the moment we walked in, the front desk welcomed us with warmth, patience, and genuine care. The entire team created an atmosphere that felt calm, clean, and full of compassion.
The doctors were not only knowledgeable, but truly attentive—handling Noah with such gentleness and love that it gave me complete peace of mind. You can feel when people are called to what they do, and this team clearly walks in that purpose.
As a pet parent, trust is everything—and I can confidently say Noah is in great hands here.

They have been taking care of my Cat with FIV+ for about 4 years and given fantastic care. They look at the overall health and wellness of the the animal and have a good comprehensive plan.

Cindi from the reception team and Dr. Sremac were fantastic and helped us gain travel certificates for the UK very quickly for our dog. Great communication and gave us a lot of confidence that there would be no issues. Strongly recommend!

★☆☆☆☆My cat Muffin, dislocated her hip. We got confirmation from her primary veterinary on Tuesday. I called around other facilities to get price for surgery. Some places were charging upward cost 8K-- which is not economically unfeasible for my family.
I called Symphony Vet to get a quote about amputation. Unfortunately, Symphony Vet doesn't give quotes over the phone. I spoke with front desk rep. Mathew and ask if there was any fees-- as I am only interested in getting a quote for surgery and will send over records. He told me " since muffin is a new client, a wellness visit is free. " So I promptly made appointment for Saturday ( 8/30/2025).
I meet with the vet who was very kind and understood my situation. He provided a range of 3-5k for amputation-- which is still very expensive for leg removal.
Sadly, I still didn't get definitive price. The vet told me today's visit charge is $108 . I was very confused, as this was never told to me by Mathew over the phone or this morning as I signed in. I was completing hoodwinked.
When I followed up after the visit with Mathew, I was then told a different story. He claimed because he worked there for years he would never say that... I wholeheartedly disagree, because that is what was told to me. And it is on company's flyer.
I refused to pay and he gleeful stated
" Well, it will be sent to collections".
Today was a complete waste of time. I do not recommend.
