Soul Dental Chelsea

As a new patient, I've had an excellent experience at Soul Dental Chelsea and can recommend to check them out if you're in need of dental care. My first times here were no small feat to be handled so well because I was in need of a rather serious intervention, requiring a re-evaluation, retreatment of a root canal, and a new crown. Everything went very well. The various dentists were all specialists at their respective craft and made me feel very safe and secure in their capable hands. Of course, it's not cheap, but I'd rather have my health in good hands than not be treated professionally. In view of this good experience, I have decided to relocate my dental needs to this office. The staff is also very friendly and all communications are efficiently handled.

I had to get an emergency root canal and SOUL Dental was so amazing. I had to call several offices to get an appointment within my network (we all know how fun that is) but as soon as I got on the phone with SOUL- so seamless. I was able to get a next day appointment with less than 12 hours notice, they were clear and upfront with the treatment and costs, and most importantly they made me feel reassured and comfortable (as much as I could be since I am petrified of dental work). The whole process was so seamless and I highly recommend. The staff are amazing, funny, and witty. Hopefully I don't have to get more work done but if I do, I would come back here without hesitation. Thank you for making my tooth better!

Dr. Hogan is genuinely the best dentist ever. I have gone to Soul Dental Chelsea about 5 times since March 2026 and it has been an amazing experience every time. Anyone who may have had bad experiences at the dentist or is nervous to go book with Dr. Hogan. She is so kind and professional. She never judged me and always made sure I was comfortable. Each time I have been able to get appointments so easily and quickly. Everyone else that works here is also very kind. I really can’t thank Dr. Hogan and Soul Dental enough for helping me get over my fear of the dentist!!!

It was a wonderful experience, despite the procedure I underwent. Starting with the assistant, who made the entire experience much easier and more relaxed—and, of course, the dentist, who was highly professional. Both provided step-by-step explanations, ensuring at every stage of the procedure that I understood what was happening, and frequently checking in to ask how I was doing. Truly exceptional professionalism.

Dr. Ekaterina Hogan was truly amazing ; she was thorough, gentle, and took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel comfortable the entire duration of the visit. I’ve been going to Chelsea dental for 4 years now, after a horrible experience with Tend and several years of other unsuccessful attempts. They are transparent, consistent, offer modern efficiency but with a personal and caring touch. For ex) you can text them anytime to reschedule or book an appointment, ask for an estimate, ect but with the advantage of a human responding rather than prompted/automated bot. They always reach out with an estimate from your insurance before an appointment so you are never surprised. Practitioners are gentle and very communicative, something I greatly appreciate as an anxious patient. The reception team is always welcoming and proactive, in 5 years I’ve never waited more than 5minutes. Highly recommended Soul Dental!
