When I arrived at the dealership, I was honestly amazed by how beautiful the facility is. It is by far the nicest Mercedes-Benz dealership I have visited. Carmen was outstanding throughout the entire process. She made everything simple and smooth, guiding me through each step and ensuring that the experience was easy and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this dealership (and specially Carmen) to friends and family. Even if it’s not the closest dealership to you (as was the case for me since I live in New Jersey), it is absolutely worth the drive to Manhattan to have this level of service and experience.
