I custom ordered wedding bands from here with my Fiancé and we have had an amazing experience. They were able to make our bands exactly to our specifications and sent renderings ahead of making them. Everyone here from the salespeople to the craftsmen are highly professional. They greet you as soon as you walk in and offer water, tea, and coffee. I’ve also purchased hoops and got a 24k bracelet repaired from here. Highly recommend this jeweler for all your needs as they have a wide range of jewelry to choose from and are able to custom make items as well. They also offer both lab and natural diamonds. Prices are super fair and based on spot prices of metals. They speak a few languages as well: Mandarin, Cantonese, and English.

Of course I went to Chinatown in search for the perfect wedding band set for my fiancé and I. I went to over 15 shops and Magnolia happened to be the last ( I almost gave up hope 😭) Within 2 minutes I found my perfect ring✨️. It was a baguette edge style ring. I worked with Yan who had also helped me find the perfect matching ring for fiance. It took time and patience as my fiance was not able to come with me due to work obligations. So we had to work virtually wirh him. We also wanted some customizations done. For mine I wanted it to be all natural stones. The display they had was in lab option. For my fiancés band I wanted it to be solid gold not hollowed with no tapering. Magnolia took 2 days to send me a 3D image of the customization. Once approved it took about 10 days to complete since they have the pieces worked on in HongKong. Upon receiving the rings, they came out perfect!!
** Thing is...when I purchased the ring without my fiance present... He had given his finger size verbally...except it wasn't. He thought he was a 13.... but upon picking up the rings he was actually 11.75. Magnolia took action right away and said they can have the ring resized. However, later on that day I received a from Magnolia insisting thay they will make a whole new ring as they don't want to give is a ring that may have structural issues due to the large size difference. It took another week and a half... however it was all worth it. The ring fits perfectly. It was OUR mistake was at NO additional costs. Yan shared that it was important for them to have happy customers vs just a sale. They wanted the ring to be perfect as much as we did.
We are forever grateful and the rings came out beautiful 🥹.

I am getting all my customize jewelry here. They twig the design multiple times until you are satify. Custom order any lab diamond as long as you give them the cert # from other web site at a better price than that web site. Here is my lastest, vivid pink portuguese cut diamond with cert , on green gold bridge with alexandrite , and a yellow gold band. All the color change in all type of light. 100% UNIQUE. No need to look ordinary.
I went to Magnolia with a friend to resize an antique ring for her fiance, and we could not have had a better experience. I called prior to going to get an estimate, turnaround time, and any other info we needed and they were helpful and to the point. When I went in, Ketty was so wonderful -- she honored my quote, included cleaning, tested all of the diamonds, and resized an antique ring 2.5 sizes within 2 days. Magnolia gave me the best pricing out of 7 or 8 quotes and by far had the best turnaround. The ring looks beautiful and fits perfectly.
