Mixed feeling about this visit. The office staff were lovely, the practice was clean & modern. The doctor I saw was very polite and friendly. HOWEVER, I just felt the whole practice is geared to selling. Firstly it wasn't the doc I had booked, i never like bait & switch. Then i felt there really wasn't a detailed skin examination it was incredibly brisk. Most of my questions were responded to with a sale suggestion of another service or product i could buy at their office. While i actually appreciate other services to purchase at some point I would have liked to have met with the Dr i booked and one that really scrutinized my skin/hair more or offered more solutions that my insurance would cover first and foremost. I won't return it wasn't for me, but great if you want to purchase 'extras'.

I really try not to leave negative reviews like this, but I work in healthcare so I understand how terrible this office is. I needed a refill on meds, they asked me to come in, I come in and they tell me that my insurance is no longer in network and it’s $250. After I took the train all the way from uptown, and am going to lapse on my medication now after finally getting through the purging stage. The office had literally no remorse saying “well I’m just looking at it now” LIKE? You don’t look at insurance eligibility before the patient comes in? Absolutely disgusting attitude, and honestly the MA was sweet for my first visit but the PA was nothing special and pretty dismissive. Edit: The office manager called me and was very kind. I’m sure it was a misunderstanding, but the front desk agent pretty much ruined my day (not to be dramatic). She was extremely rude and didn’t try to help the situation at all. She could have said “let me speak to my manager” but she offered me nothing so I just stood there and asked if my insurance was OON last time as well, and she said I DONT KNOW I JUST KNOW IT IS NOW. It was actually insane. If that’s the case, I understand, I’m not a Karen by any means. But she just said it so aggressively like I’ve never experienced before like I was inconveniencing HER!! When I had no idea they were OON! They called and offered for me to come back at a cheaper rate but I really don’t trust this office anymore. I went to a different office next day, and my experience was night and day. I will never go back here unfortunately.

I was excited for my appointment after reading great reviews about Dr. Morgan Rabach, but I wasn’t seen by her despite booking with her on Zocdoc. No one informed me of the change. The provider I saw was polite but only took photos of my skin and recommended I replace nearly all my products with their in-house brand, except my sunscreen. The products were expensive, and no other brands were suggested. I was told to start using Vitamin C daily (I had never used it before) and restart Tretinoin, which I had stopped for the summer. This quickly damaged my skin barrier and caused irritation. I now believe I should’ve been told to introduce the Vitamin C slowly. I also reached out afterward for other brand recommendations and never got a reply. Overall, the visit felt rushed and focused on selling their products rather than giving thoughtful, personalized care. I wouldn’t return.

I’ve had such a great experience with LM Medical. My PA, Kelly, is absolutely fantastic - she’s helped my skin get so much clearer and always takes the time to listen and explain everything. The girls at reception, Katie and Ranique, are so sweet and friendly and make every visit feel welcoming. Highly recommend!

Incredible service. I found a gem of a dermatologist. Super helpful when Cvs gave me issues with my prescription. Doc gave me great knowledge with my painful acne. 1 session, 2 weeks they were almost gone completely. Highly recommended!

Dr. Rabach is skilled, but the administrative side of this practice is frustrating. After a biopsy, I requested my results by phone and was told I had to come in. The appointment lasted 30 seconds. I was told everything was normal and sent on my way. A prescription from my first visit also had to be requested twice before it was filled. When I questioned the $26 copay for the unnecessary follow-up visit, billing offered two different explanations and refused to waive the fee even under the circumstances. I don't mind paying my copay-- I mind the general lack of transparency and consistency. Will not be returning, would not recommend.

Selma and Ranique are fantastic at the front desk! They make everything super simple and easy. They are a pleasure to coordinate with!

Dr. Morgan RaBach is a brilliant physician! She is exceptionally kind and supportive. She spent a great deal of time explaining my condition and my options for treatment. By far the best dermatologist I've seen in 40 years. David Elliott
