No wonder this place has such a high rating! My family was nearby and decided to grab some pies, and we’re so glad we did. We picked up a small sour cream apple walnut pie, a southern pecan pie, and a plain cheesecake. They pack your pies in secure boxes, making them easy to take to go! As soon as we got home, we warmed up the sour cream apple walnut pie—thanks to the instructions on the box, it was super easy. The pie wasn’t too sweet, and both the crust and the filling were amazing. Honestly, I think this is one of the best apple pies you can get in the city. The cheesecake was also delicious, and I can’t wait to try the pecan pie. Highly recommend getting pies here!

Clean & bright cafe with some seating to eat in. Convenient location that's easy to get too of off 9th ave near Port Authority bus station. Very friendly & happy employees serving you with smiles. They warm up the pies on order. We tried the sour cream apple pie since it's the most popular. Unfortunately it was a bit too sweet & rich for us. Coffee was just OK & a bit pricey (Manhattan prices I guess...). Nice café setting & clearly very popular with ongoing take out & delivery orders. Just not for us sadly, but glad we tried it.

The physical manifestation of Sara Bareilles' songs from Waitress when she sings "sugar, butter, flour..." "...all of this mixed up and baked In a beautiful pie". It's hard not to get sentimental with each mouthful of pie, heated to order if desired, surrounded by the smells of goodness.

A group of us were here a good while ago, around maybe ~25-30 minutes before they closed. For that reason, they of course had a smaller selection than usual, but were also half off a lot of the selections that were left. I'm not usually the hugest fan of Mississippi Mud, and someone else in the group took the last miniature apple, so I went with something else, the Gluten-Free Florida Key Lime Pie. The gluten-free pie was a bit more than the usual ones, and at half price, it cost around $7, or so, for a 5-inch version. Made with graham cracker and lime juice and topped with a bit of lime zest, the filling was quite delicious. It was sour, but not too much that it was unappetizing. In terms of the filling, this was the closest to Steve's, which is definitely saying something. The outside crust was surprisingly crumbly for being gluten-free. The texture was, of course, a bit off, but this was easily the closest to a regular pie. I also tried a bit of their apple pie, which was very tasty. I could see why this place is popular. I'd go back for their seasonal cherry pie, or something else.

Delicious Pies but no dogs allowed so I could not enter today. They have a beautiful pie to celebrate pi day.

Bought a “DECAF” latte and it is extremely bitter, and no sugar … the cup is not even half way filled up it’s more foam than the coffee itself and I paid 7$ for a less than half filled up cup of small coffee which is ridiculous. This is what you get for 7$ very disappointed

Nice neighborhood pie shop. It features a variety of pie, bread loafs, and drinks. The sour creme walnut apple pie is our favorite, but the sweet potato, key lime, and cheese cakes also are pretty good. The cool thing about this shop is that the owner is there to make sure things are going accordingly to plan and mingle with the customers. A nice touch.

Me and my family love the Pies here so far we’ve tried Coconut Banana, unsweetened Pie and Old Fashioned Apple Pie (best choice)Old Fashioned Pie is not too sweet nor less just perfect warm and soft, the service is very good they will take the order to your table and the atmosphere is very nice you get to see how the Bakers make the pies while inside smells delicious! Summer is the perfect time to come and dine.
