This was my first purchase online from France & Son. I asked many questions which they responded to quickly and professionally and friendly. Their pricing was the best, and the shipping process was easy. Communication was timely and the tables arrived in perfect condition. I enjoyed the shopping experience and I have never bought furniture online until now.

Second time ordering from France and son and great experience! Julia P. was wonderful to work with and gave us regular updates on when our bench would be in stock and delivered.

Just received white glove delivery of 3 gorgeous Sligh Montreux bookcases. Berenger and Christian unpacked and inspected each bookcase carefully. They navigated a tricky corner and placed the bookcases in the right spot (which is temporary because paint and wallpaper are on the way). The bookcases are beautiful - quality and craftsmanship is amazing and they arrived in perfect condition. The only surprise is that the light control is on the right side near the back of each bookcase (see photo). I had planned to push the three pieces together (no space between) so they’ll have to go on a switched outlet to control the lights, which fortunately is available. So excited for my studio space to finally come together!

Bringer and yender were very professional and kept me informed with updates upon delivery. Brought my furniture into the room with great attention to detail. 10/10 Even took their shoes off before entering my home without me having to ask.

Received a piece of damaged furniture, there is a chunk of wood missing from one of the doors of the media console. I noticed it as soon as they brought it into my apt (white glove delivery). Delivery people told me to contact the company and they left the furniture with me. I filed a claim and they are sending out a “furniture touch-up kit” and that they were closing my claim and marked it as resolved. I don’t understand how this could possibly remedy the situation or why I’m responsible for trying to fix a piece of broken furniture that they sent. Not to mention, the legs are uneven and the console wobbles back and forth when all of the legs are properly screwed in (floor is level, so that’s not the issue). Waited over a month for the console and it cost approx $2k. Absolutely absurd that they aren’t replacing the console with one that isn’t damaged. I won’t ever purchase from them again. Waste of money.

What amazing service! And all our years of having deliveries, this has been the absolute best service. Both gentlemen could not have been nicer and more helpful. They even tried to fix the bottom drawer that would not close on one of the nightstands and made it so easy that we are just going to swap it out for a whole new nightstand.Shang and Berenger I worth their weight in gold.

Over the past five months, we’ve purchased a number of pieces from this company — beds, nightstands, dressers, coffee tables, lamps, and more — and the experience has been outstanding from start to finish. Recently, we had our first issue with a defective dresser drawer. While it was disappointing to have a problem, what really stood out was how professionally and quickly it was handled. The company immediately stepped up, approved a replacement, and made the entire process simple and stress-free. They even allowed us to keep the original piece, which was incredibly generous. A special thank you to Julia P. for being so responsive, thoughtful, and easy to work with throughout the process. Her communication and follow-through were exceptional and made a frustrating situation feel completely taken care of. It’s easy for a company to look good when everything goes perfectly. What matters most is how they respond when something doesn’t — and this team handled it flawlessly. We would absolutely purchase from them again and highly recommend them to others.
