I’ve frequented this dispensary a number of times. Done bought edibles, vapes, even a THV Honey but It’s nothing much to write home about & this last experience drew the line for me because their customer service is trash. They pride themselves on being a “more expensive dispensary” (the clerks words to me when I asked if they had any specials/sales going on…not far fetched when I get texts about sales and discounts from them at times.) We look through the options and didn’t see a strain we liked and as we were walking out, Crystal started talking shit about us to the clerk in Spanish saying, “Oh what they thought they were gonna get? A $15 pre-roll??” That’s no way to talk to/about someone, regardless of if they did business with you or not. I was shocked because I been in there before and she was acting nice. It wasn’t even about the money, but the fact you couldn’t even wait for us to leave the store to talk shit. That shows what they really think about customers. She acting like regular non infused pre-rolls don’t be going for $10-$15. Mind you, They don’t have anything special that you won’t find at the typical dispensary. COOKIES is right up the block and has way more options and has product in every price range.

Thank you crystal and Danny for they Wonderful help. This spot is amazing. they have everything you need. Definitely will be back.
