The Statue of Liberty tour, Liberty and Ellis Is, Ellis Island Museum, Walls St, and 911 memorial was outstanding. Vivian and Gérard were amazing, very knowledgeable and had great sense of humour. Made Tour 10/10. So helpful and efficient. We're able to take photos when we thought it was impossible due to the long queues. We had another tour to get to after and Vivian and Gérard made us get to it by taking us to the location. Very kind and great tour guides. Thank you very much.
Preordering tickets for this tour was the best idea. I hate driving in traffic. This tour allowed us to see all the major monuments with out the hassle of traffic. The driver took some photos of us which gave us a ton of family photos for this vacation.
Booked two different snorkeling tours and no one showed up July 4th and July 5th and we wasted a stay at our hotel with a private beach for this trip. We showed up 30 minutes early tried several times to call and text the tour guide and no one answered the phone. This is by far the worst experience I’ve had. BE CAREFUL DO NOT BOOK ITS A SCAM !!!! There were several others that booked these tours through different companies Viator, Groupon , trip advisor, get your guide, and more. I will be contacting better business bureau.
En el día de hoy 25 de febrero realizamos el tour de la estatua de la Libertad y la Isla Ellis. Tuvimos como guías a Vivian y Aldo,los cuales demostraron su capacidad en toda la información que nos brindaron durante todo el recorrido. Les agradezco muchísimo el trato que tuvieron con mi esposa y conmigo, lo cual nos hicieron sentir muy cómodos. Quiero también agradecer a todo un equipo humano que nos tuvieron informados por cambios en la programación del tour, por el mal estado del tiempo, mil gracias a todos y a nuestros guías Vivian y Aldo. Recomendable está empresa para realizar estos tour acá en New York,por su seriedad y compromiso con nosotros. Hasta muy pronto.
I promptly received email confirmation after booking including details on the tour. Our tour guide texted me an hour before we were to meet confirming time and location. Mark was knowledgeable, efficient and extremely considerate. Even though we are older and a lot of walking is not easy for us, Mark made sure that we got the full experience without overtaxing us.it was a very fun experience!
我12/14訂了行程，當天提早一小時15：00抵達36號碼頭，0號閘門完全沒有服務，停航，16：15才被別船船員告知，全部停航，後續完全沒有消息，退費申請也不知道要去何處控訴，提醒大家千萬不要再上當受騙了，服務一點都不好
Rachel was a knowledgeable, and friendly guide. I loved especially how she went around greeting everyone making us feel comfortable on the boat. Her deep knowledge of NYC history shone in the brilliant and passionate delivery of her stories and I especially loved learning about those "strange but true" stories she told in the end. This is a company that cares about good customer service and I am glad to have had my first NYC boat ride with them. This is one I am going to remember for a long time to come.
This trip was brilliant, we went on the sunset cruise, the trip even comes with it's very own MC (Darius) not Tyrone 🤣 and he made the trip for us, he was so 😁 he got all of the guests to sing happy bitlrthday to Lady 🗽 as we were lucky enough to go on her 🎂 and to end it same us of the boat with Frank Sinatra's New York, New York if your considering a boat 🚢 trip this is definitely for everyone ❤️
