I wouldn’t recommend going here. They want you in and out as fast as possible, I didn’t feel like they cared about me at all. I had an allergy test done and the tech who saw me literally had a kitchen timer and reset it every time he spoke to a new patient. A kitchen timer. He didn’t even try to hide it. He pricked me with the allergy test and then put me in a busy hallway to wait. The reception area is a den of chaos the likes of which I’ve never seen. Josh Safdie levels of stress. I was holding my coat and purse and the girl at reception would. Not. Stop. Handing me paper after paper after paper and clipboards and telling me to scan QR codes even after I asked her twice to slow down. They also forgot my bloodwork. The nurses and receptionists seem very nice and were helpful and I could tell they care a lot and work really hard in a really challenging environment. It’s too much going on in too small of a space.

Visitor notes
I had good doctors and had many tests but find full explanations of the results are not explained. They are mostly in a hurry. I have rare conditions and require high maintenance and wish I could get all the results of all the tests where I am supposed to see the provider and have them explained unfortunately the one provider had r Mergentheim surgeries as nd was not contacted that he had surgery himself and went and he was not there. I was able to see a neurologist instead who addressed some concerns I was not prescribed the medication we discussed. They are always friendly and helpful.. I have accomplished what I needed all extensive testing where I was stagnation with my care elsewhere. They are excellent in testing and are always very kind and understanding.
I had a very positive experience at this physical therapy office. The therapist who worked with me was extremely kind, professional, patient, and encouraging throughout my visit. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel comfortable and cared for. I truly appreciate the compassion and dedication shown during my appointment. Even though I do not remember the therapist's name, I wanted to make sure his excellent care was recognized. Thank you for having such wonderful staff.
Friendly staff and good PA doctor . I didn’t like to have my credit card stored as “policy “.But dr Sergey took time to answer my questions . Front desk Marylin was atemptive too and all assistants were caring. Wait time was fair to long. I was suggested many non urgent testing which I will wait for it but I appreciated doctor not pushing for any tests like other offices did to me in the past. Paperwork was a lot ,many forms to fill but overall I think service was good.
Great experience so far. There can be a wait time somedays, but that is expected of medical offices. I do believe and see that staff make efforts to get everyone seen as fast as possible. They are friendly and take the time to provide information. Raphaela Gassanov PA is great! very patient and took the time to answer my questions. I also appreciate the multiple email, text and printed reminders. It is also very conviently located close to public transportation (off the M, F 14th St. subway station) So far, from the 2 times I have visited it has been good experience. I hope it continues :)
Dr Salvatore Cavaleri is the Worse doctor ever. I went to This doctor for a general check up. I discussed my history and family history. I just want a general check up with some testing done. This doctor changed what I said up and caused me major issues with another doctor. Due to his negligence and changing my words around I was canceled for a surgery I needed. I had to reschedule due his changing of my words. Never see this doctor unless you want someone to screw you over.
Your review: I have no issue with my primary care doctor and the rest of staff over at 912 Columbus Ave. However, I do have an issue with the Allery Doctor who was very rude and he had a nasty attitude, he was quick to rush me off. He didn't care about my concerns and was quick to give me a wrong evaluation saying I got asthma?? When I'm walking perfectly fine with out huffing and puffing and not losing my breath. He prescribed me a asthma spray?? which I refused to take! And they got to stop rushing me out of there! Also, my primary care referred me to a sleep apnea test, they won't take my insurance. Other issue is that I had a sonogram which required a follow-up appointment which I tried with front desk. They are now saying I can't to a follow-up because they won't take my insurance! You just did a test on me and took my insurance! Now you don't take my insurance! Very confusing and disappointed experience! What the hell is going in this facility! Also, I noticed a lot of people coming in here. It could be crowded at times which I don't like. It's a mixed bunch at front desk. You got some nice ones and you got some with attitude problems like when I called about my follow-up for gastroenterologist, the girl had a nasty attitude and was quick to say we don't accept your insurance and hung up on my face! Really classy! Trained your staff better! This is a medical office and not the projects! Click a review site below: Powered by Lauer Media Company
I gave this medical office a chance to do better.. I appreciate the testing that they provided and their online portal, but I am done with them. Reaching a human is not easy, especially when you want to speak to a staff from a different office. At the beginning directions for certain testing was not discussed, and led to rescheduling appointments which it frowned upon but it was not my fault. It took a follow up appointment a month later to find out the pharmacy they sent to never contacted me and now with my pharmacy its been 2 weeks for an authorization but you get the run around and blame the pharmacy. again 2 weeks and no reply. The bedside manner of the mri tech was not pleasant except for one who I submitted a positive feedback about is Richard at 14th street, he explains every question. A few times waiting time was bad, but I understand things can get hectic but an hour and half for neurology appointment in the Columbus office was very frustrating. The columbus office staff are overall pleasant, the checkout process should be more clear, if not you wind up sitting and waiting. I believe they finally fixed the check in process, meaning I would check in on my phone and then again when I arrive scan code and answer same questions, not too sure, my last appointment I didnt need to do double check in on the app and barcode. A patient should not have to be on top of staff to do their job, especially when one is dealing with medical concerns, the last thing one needs is lack of communication, and compassion. An admin that was really helpful I believe his name is Felix, turns out he is no longer with them. I truly wish to find doctors who listen like Dr Rachunow, I was glad to have met her and have a positive experience.
