I absolutely love this place! We’ve been going here since my babies were 8 weeks old and now they’re 5 months. The staff has been wonderful and so kind! They always snuggle and compliment my puppies whenever they see them - they feel so comfortable with anyone handling them. Plus, they are a sucker for those little pupsicles and chewy treats! 😂 thank you so much to the ladies working here and being so attentive and helpful! Looking forward to having them take care of my little babies forever! ❤️

I’m very grateful for the wonderful care Shakira received at this urgent pet care clinic today. Dr. Jenny, technician Arianna, and the rest of the staff were extremely attentive, knowledgeable, and compassionate. They took the time to figure out what was wrong with Shakira and treated her properly. She was already feeling better before we even left the appointment. Thank you so much for your professionalism, kindness, and excellent care. I truly appreciate everything you did for Shakira.

This was my first time at the clinic with my rescue dog Kade. The front office staff was very welcoming.Kade and I met with Dr. Jeffrey, wonderful doctor, for initial visit, he took time to go over records and he was able to answer any questions I had. The Vet Tech was great as well, he took his time gathering information. My overall experience was awesome. Everyone made our first visit a positive one from checking in to checking out.

I brought my 10 yr old dog in for a tooth extraction and Dr. Randy did an amazing job. Explained everything that was going to be done and complications that may come with it. They email you a sheet with different electives you can include with the surgery. I'm so glad I chose the ECG add-on because they found my dog has arrythmia and had to act fast. Could've been a disaster! My aunt & uncle didn't do that at a different clinic, and their 9 yr old dog died the next day. I also opted for the radiograph so they can see if any teeth have other problems, like roots growing sideways - happened to my moms dog! She was glad she got that! And both electives were priced much lower then I expected. Also very pleased with Joe, the CVT, who came out and went thru all the details of the surgery and explained in detail the aftercare I need to do. Even helped my dog to the car! I highly recommend!

I went here for the first time today and it was a truely amazing experience.I had 2 cats with me, and they treated them with great care and respect when providing the check up, labs and shots. Friendly with me as well. They were highly knowledgable, providing recommendatiosn/suggestions on a variety of subjects for the cats. I was not rushed. They answered and throughly explained everything to me. I will be continuing to come here and recommending for others. Thank you Dr Randy, Marissa, and the Trainee (i feel bad as i did not catch her name) i worked with.

Everyone at Great Lakes.is terrific. They are kind and patient and adjust their approach to accommodate our anxious dog. Dr, Danielle explains everything to us and gives us the opportunity to ask questions. Scheduling is easy - no problem finding an appointment that works with our schedule. We haven’t used it yet, but love the availability of urgent care.

I love the team at Great Lakes! From the receptionists to the vet techs to the vets, everyone treated my dog wonderfully. I especially want to thank Gabby, who helped me navigate the intricacies of getting my dog ready for international travel. She was so knowledgeable about the process and guided me through everything that needs to happen. She was extremely responsive and so friendly. I cannot thank her enough! Highly recommend this clinic.

Very unimpressed. Attempted to take my dog to urgent care. Online states open until 9. There before nine. No staff. Have to sign in with qr code. I was having difficulty doing this but did get it. Once sign in open it said the waiting room was closed. Do not say you are open until 9 if you stop taking pts earlier than that. In addition, someone kept peeking out of an exam room while i was getting assist from another patron. They didnt bother to come out and help!! No personal service whatsoever. Terrible customer service. Would never use as my vet nor will i use as urgent unless desperate. Transcend has stellar customer service and staff with people skills and heart!
