Big Y

I absolutely love this store, you can tell the staff goes the extra mile to help customers. I bought salmon from seafood department, my fish was so fresh and delicious. They always have everything I need.

Great place to shop, produce always fresh They take care of them. Everything is on point, customer service is good and the place is Clean.. I would definitely recommended this place to anyone.. the pricing is fair, most importantly the product or produce is worth it ..wich make it all right..

The staff is always on point, super helpful, and actually pleasant to deal with (which says a lot these days). The store runs smoothly, and the donuts always hit. Easily one of my favorite grocery stores.

The store and employees are great. My issue is with corporate. I've written numerous times regarding flyer issues and they ignore my emails and offer no response. RUDE!

I went into the Big Y in Naugatuck on Saturday and ordered a Cake for my son’s birthday on Sunday. I picked up the cake on Sunday and when she brought out the first one she had brought out someone else’s so she went back to get mine. So I brought it to the party, when I opened it there, it was not the cake I ordered😡 I was fuming! 😤 I couldn’t believe it, I felt so bad for my son. We didn’t get to eat cake it wasn’t even close to what I had ordered, it said Chapter Seventeen and he was turning 8, it was white and red and it was red velvet. I will never order again. I went back there as soon as the party finished, they asked if I wanted the one I ordered they still had it, and they would give me mine half off, I said No way the Party is over. I don’t need it 😩

I love this Big Y. I started going here because it had the best prices for my meds. I found the staff at the pharmacy amazingly nice you might even say Happy and helpful as well. The prices on the wings and chop meat this week can't be better and the staff at the register was equally as pleasant. Highly recommend. Went back again today and again it was a very enjoyable experience. Everything I needed was in stock and the prices a are quite reasonable.

Don't go to the hot bar. It's a guessing game as to what is in each tray. The sign says one thing, but it is not what is in each tray. If I wanted to try my luck I would go to the casino and probably have better results

Have lived down the road now from this store for the past 4 years and have yet to have a bad experience or bad customer service. Everyone is always so helpful and polite. I love how Big Y offers a selection of items that other stores just as close to my home do not. Best part is they carry merchandise I love others don't, also prices are lower then other stores and quality is just as equally good. Always such a great vibe and atmosphere making shopping more joyful and less tense or stressful. I've always like Big Y. I've worked for them before years ago in the deli and my brother works for them as well still to this day in many departments being trained as a swing employee.
