Shoutout to Justin for making my new truck purchase easy and not being the typical pushy car salesman. Could not be happier with the process and speed in which it was completed. I think from initial research to driving off the lot, it was about 4 days tops (scheduling conflicts, otherwise could have been done in 1 day). Justin and the Castle team were willing to work around my schedule to get me in for a test drive, quickly talk numbers, and finish the details over text as I had to be on the road and headed out of state on Saturday. Castle quickly locked down the truck I wanted from their other location and had it ported first thing Monday. By late afternoon Monday, papers were signed and keys were in my hand. Cannot recommend Castle CDJR of Naperville more.

One of the best and easiest car buying experiences in a 2025 grand Cherokee limited L. What initially got me he was talking to a sales associate (Vanessa) on the phone that asked what I was looking for which vehicle and what terms and then provided me with a full quote within about 30 seconds via text and email. The best part it was full of information and all options and there was no hidden fees or anything. I would go to a castle dealership in a heartbeat as this is exactly what I was looking for. Norberto did a great job finishing the sale.
