Very friendly staff that was very easy to work with. The staff was able to diagnose the issue with my vehicle same day I brought it in without charging for the quick inspection. They were proactive at communicating the issue to me, quoting a price that was reasonable if not better than other shops in the area, and had the issue fixed within a couple of days from when I brought in. Would gladly recommend working with them to anyone in need of car repairs.

I like them! I took my car in back in January and I really appreciate how thorough they were, as well as how informative. I feel they were very honest and gave me enough information to opt-in or out of recommended repairs. They're also very friendly and have a nice waiting area! They will be my go-to place for repairs moving forwards.

I had my car towed into March 24 2026. They were very kind and helpful. Kept me up to date. Let me know the cost before they did anything. Kept checking on me. Was amazing service. The person I was working with was Corwin. Thanks again if I ever need any other repairs I will be going to your shop

So pleasant to work with. Corwin was so great. Made sure to give pricing prior to installing a new battery in my Jeep and the price was better than other places. Very clean work space. I have already recommended them to another family member.

I was able to drop off my vehicle the night before and pick it back up the next day. Communications and services from Matt’s team was great! I was not able to answer their call due to me being busy at work. They had sent me a text message with a link to details of what should be addressed. Giving me the option of reading the details and checking the box to go ahead with the work to be done on the vehicle. Which I thought was great! They even put two gifts, for my kids in their car seat, that was unexpected! Thanks Matt’s Automotive!

It is so refreshing to work with professional, honest mechanics. I received a detailed estimate, with photos and video and then was able to discuss, accept, or postpone any of the suggestions. Definitely the finest shop in the Fargo area. We were broken down and they communicated proactively and regularly about the progress. Feel very lucky to have connected with them. Even better they followed up to check in on the status of the repair. WELL DONE!!!!

I am so grateful for the guys at Matt’s Auto. They have spent countless hours on both of our vehicles since we moved to the Fargo area, and every single time they find the issue, give me a detailed report of the problem and how much it will cost to repair. I have had so many mechanics at other business make the repairs and demand payment before confirming the estimated total with me. The guys at Matt’s do not do that. They communicate very clearly, frequently, and ALWAYS charge fairly. My husband and myself don’t know much about cars, so it gives us both a big peace of mind knowing that we are truly being taken care of and treated fairly at Matt’s Auto. I trust these guys.

Outstanding Service! Took care of me and my car when it broke down 3 and half hours from home. Thank you to both Moorhead and Columbia Heights service centers for working together to get us home. They even fixed my tire for me! April 2025 update As always the best service in town. Would not trust my older jeep to anyone else! New brakes all around. Will be back again in June to keep this older car running great.
