My visit was amazing from start to finish. The front desk was kind and efficient, and I didn’t have to wait long. The dentist took time to explain each step and answered all my questions, which I really appreciated. The whole team made me feel comfortable and cared for. Definitely one of the best dental experiences I’ve had! Plus a receive a goodie bag 🥰

This is our first visit for my mom and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs dental work. Whether its a simple check up or an extensive procedure, they will take care of you from beginning to end! From the moment we walked in, they where very kind, polite and helpful with all that my mom needed. She is so happy with her experience that so is all smiles now! I’ve had a really great experience with this Acevedo Dental. The staff is incredibly friendly and always willing to answer any questions I have, taking the time to explain things best as possible. The dentist is very knowledgeable and takes a collaborative approach to care, making sure I’m involved in decisions and fully understand my treatment options. It really feels like they’re committed to achieve the best possible results.

I have been a patient for some time now and have experienced nothing but professionalism from the staff and doctors. The doctor tells it to me like it is and how to better my oral hygiene. I appreciate and respect that type of honesty.

Very poor billing follow-up and communication. I had a cleaning on January 29 and provided valid, active dental insurance information. I was incorrectly told my policy was inactive and paid $190 out of pocket. After confirming my coverage has been active since January 1, I contacted the office to request the claim be corrected and resubmitted. It has now been over a week with no response. Ignoring patients when billing mistakes happen is unacceptable. I expected professional handling of insurance claims, but unfortunately that has not been my experience.

My husband made an appointment and I very much enjoyed the specialist attending him. They gave him a thorough analysis and the breakdown was explained very patiently I appreciated the time.

The ambience in the lobby is very nice, it’s quite calming. The employees are very kind – namely Yasmin and Marie – and quick with attending people; they are respectful of appointment times as well. I recommend this clinic.
