Nice facility, wish it was bigger. Loved the pour your own beer idea with decent selection. The Axe throwing is a bit pricey but the Lazer tag is responsibly priced. Wish you didn't have to pay $3.00 for the card you need in order to load $ to do arcade games. The bowling area is nice small but nice. Fun place to go when weather outside is cold and snowy.

Very disappointing visit. A large number of arcade games were out of order, and the upstairs area and rock walls were closed for parties, leaving us with very little to do. The food was bad — the “boneless wings” were basically nuggets with sauce, and the pretzel bites were so hard they were inedible. Customer service was slow and disorganized. I waited a long time at the counter, had to call out just to get my food, and wasn’t given plates, napkins, or cups without asking. The only positive was laser tag. One gun didn’t work much like most of the games here, but the employee was kind enough to give us a free game, which we appreciated. Overall, the experience wasn’t worth the price what so ever. Hoping management will reach out with a refund or remedy.… ***update*** Changed to one star from two since management felt like sorry was an acceptable response. We drove 45 minutes to this place. Wow.

We had such a wonderful time at Generations Adventureplex, and a big part of that was thanks to Lisa! From the moment we walked in, she greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel welcome. She offered thoughtful suggestions for our bowling day, perfectly suited to our 5-year-old, explaining options in a way that was both helpful and enthusiastic. Throughout our visit, Lisa’s friendly demeanor and genuine kindness stood out — she took the time to make sure our child was excited and comfortable, answering questions with patience and making everyone feel at ease. Her positive attitude truly elevated our experience and made our visit memorable. It’s clear that she genuinely enjoys helping families have fun, and her thoughtful service made our day even better. This place has a heart for the community and has a atmosphere of fun and Family connection. My kids love coming here because it's a safe place and a great experience. The best part is the owners are good friends of mine and I personally know they have integrity and a heart for the community.

Terrible experience with customer service. For the money spent one shouldn’t have to clean the area myself, nor should good be uneditable. Very disappointing in the lack of cleanliness, and customer service.. and the excuse I was given “they are kids that probably just can’t clean as fast as you” was completely unacceptable as well.

Lisa is the most kind woman I’ve ever met. She is the definition of an elite employee. She went above and beyond with hospitality and kindness. I will 100% be returning especially when Lisa is working. She is very knowledgeable about the entire facility and I love how she constantly had a smile on her face the entire night and cheered on my family and I during bowling. I can’t wait to return to enjoy the atmosphere and Lisa’s company. 100/10 experience!!!

Brought the family here and everyone had a great time. There was plenty to do, everything was clean, and the staff was friendly. It’s nice finding a place where both kids and adults can have fun. We’ll definitely be coming back
