Milpitas Optometric Group

2nd year I've gone here for annual check-up now, and I have not regretted the switch from my previous optometrists. Friendly and efficient staff, promptly seen at appointment time. No pressure to spend any more than necessary (didn't need anything this time) - but they do have a great selection as well. 100% recommend.

I have been going to the group for many years. The staff are always friendly and the drs have all been professional. Everything about the office is great. The only thing I struggle with is that the cost of their eyeglasses are so expensive ! The price is so high that after whatever my insurance covers, I still end up paying a good amount of money and I have an excellent premium plan under my employer. Someone suggested that I go to Costco for frames. Maybe I will do that.

I think I have found my long-term optometrist. The entire process end-to-end was super smooth. I even had a very nice experience picking my next glasses (and mind you, I haven't actually purchased a frame in over a decade). I would definitely say that this is one of the best experiences I've had, covering everything from: 1. The eye exam 2. Contact lenses 3. Taking care of the next steps for my vision

It’s evident your wellbeing and experience are highly valued here. Dr. Gove is one of THE BEST optometrists I’ve had in the bay area. Very knowledgeable and caring, never rushing through my questions, even just for routine exams. Front desk always friendly and helpful, transparent with costs, available via text as well (very convenient). Online customer portal also a great tool. I can tell from small details that all the staff are great at what they do and will make sure you leave with a smile on your face.

I have been seeing Dr Pham for many years. She is clear in her communication and does a thorough check on my eyes. She is kind and professional. I made the mistake of ordering my contacts too soon due to possibly needing surgery on my eyes for cataract. I cancelled my order. Without hesitation, Jennifer cancelled my order and credited my card immediately. She was so helpful and quick to respond. Her customer service was above and beyond to say the least. I highly recommend coming here if you need your eyes checked.

Wonderful experience: entire staff that helped me were professional and friendly. Dr. Lee is extremely knowledgeable and personable. He was able to explain what was happening with my eyes so that everything was clear and easy to understand. Tina was very patient and helpful as I picked out my first frames in many years. Again, an overall wonderful experience.

Dr. Lee is very knowledgeable and thorough in his evaluation and is pleasant. I now have a better understanding of my overall eye health. I will definitely recommend others and will return next year. Thank you.

Dr. Nicole Pham is my best optometrist I had in my life. She is very nice, kind, caring and professional. This place makes me extremely happy. All staffs are friendly and fast workers. I highly recommend everyone. 💐🤟👍✌️🥰🙏😇
