Unit 335 is truly one of the best units in the building! It’s located on the best floor, just steps from both the elevator and the garage entrance, making everyday living incredibly convenient. The spacious balcony is perfect for relaxing, enjoying your morning coffee, or unwinding after a long day.
The unit is bright, comfortable, and in a fantastic location within the community. I absolutely loved living here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place that combines comfort, convenience, and a great layout. You won’t be disappointed!
One of the worst apartment complexes I have ever lived in. Full of hidden fees and the term luxury is misleading (Close to $200 a month in fees like a $45 package fee, which makes getting your packages more of a headache) .
I had maintenance come to my apartment for the same thing to be broken again a few days later. The office staff seem extremely bothered anytime I would go down to ask a question.
Overall, for the money there are way better options elsewhere.
I’ve lived in this community for over a year, and the new management has made wonderful improvements. The fresh exterior paint looks great, and they’ve increased communication to help residents better understand the policies and expectations so the rules can hopefully be respected and followed.
One of my favorite changes has been the increase in community events. They’ve organized yoga classes twice a month, as well as beautiful and fun celebrations like Halloween and Christmas parties. I recently attended the Valentine’s event they hosted, which featured chocolate fondue and wine. It was such a lovely evening, and I had the chance to meet several neighbors, and my husband and I truly enjoyed the night. The entire office team was there. We love Cheri, who has helped us since we moved, and the new manager and assistant have also been very helpful and cordial.
I absolutely love all the changes and improvements that have been made. It truly feels like management cares about building a strong, welcoming community. I will definitely be renewing my lease!
I’ve really enjoyed living at The Manor CityPlace! The property is clean, well maintained, and in a great location. Chery and Dania from the leasing office are simply the best, so kind, accommodating, and always willing to help. Lee and Emilio from maintenance are amazing too, attentive, friendly, and quick to assist. The whole community feels safe and welcoming. Highly recommend living here!
Living at Manor at City Place has been a great experience overall. The community is well maintained, and whenever something needs attention, the maintenance team responds quickly and efficiently.
Lee, in particular, stands out for his professionalism and kindness. He always makes sure everything is taken care of properly and with a great attitude. Really appreciate his help every time!
I have been a tenant here at The Manor at City Place for over 3 years and I can be a witness of how they absolutely keep up with the growing industry of resort living. From the amazing remodeling of the Gym and adding of a new pleasant serenity yoga room to the new arcade room and significant upgrades to the pool and spa area. I highly recommend to The Manor at City Place to anyone looking for a Community and management that cares about the needs and amenities of Resort style living!
