Clip joint.orderedr from QR code. Jam and cheese omelette and a veggie omelette. 2 OJs. Server never came back with water. Never checked in. Both omelettes packed with ham, not quite veggie. Tip suggestions start at 18 and go up to 25%. The bill was 70 bucks. I then noticed 18 % service charge. The suggested tip included tipping on the service charge along with food. Wrong order, no water, no check in, and a service charge for no.service and then wanted a tip on top of that. Should have gone to Cuban place.

beware of the 18% service charge added as soon as you walk in the door. now to the other issues why was I given plastic ware to eat my $30 hamburger. when I asked about it I was told we don't like to do work (I'm thinking are they washing the silverware by hand) the server did not make aware of the set 18% charge and they are asking for additional tip . I would never eat here again when In MIA I advise you to eat elsewhere

Arrived to Shula's after a failed attempt at Chili's down the way. Nice welcoming sign to seat yourself. Had a bit of a tiff being allowed to sit in proximity of the Football game on the TV. Was told the AC was being worked on and a section (where other people were sitting) was closed. Once I suggested my own table against the wall, I was permitted to sit there and have a peek-a-boo view of the TV. Ordered French Onion soup which was terrible and in a small bowl and the Cobb salad that was equally unsatisfying. Tiny portion, terrible bottled dressings, dry overcooked chicken, withered lettuce and sloppy/mushy shredded cheese. The croutons were the only bright spot. There is this weird "bar section" that has a wall and small tvs that is setup where your nose it up against the wall...the 18% service charge that goes somewhere is also a nice icing on the cake middle finger on the way out...

Dry overcooked fries, pan seared shrimp was labeled as “grilled shrimp” on menu, steak was tender but bland and under salted. Meal was $70 in total (18% service fee) but was far from worth the price. As you can see portion sizes for shrimp and asparagus are high way robbery. They also undercooked asparagus and left bottom of stalks on which are hard and stringy. Chefs need to be reprimanded for poor cooking quality

My husband and I walked into Shuler's at MIA airport and asked for a menu before going to a table. The sign said "Seat yourself" so we wanted to see their options before sitting. The waiter abruptly says, "We don't have tables" and walked away. In the meantime, we're seeing plenty of tables available. We asked another gentleman if he was a manager and he said no. We told him what happened and he said the waiter was correct in telling us that. He said that it was just the two of them waiting tables and they were not allowing anyone to sit at the open tables. He told us we could speak to the manager once they arrive, in 10 minutes. I'm big on service and how you talk to customers. They could have explained their situation with more courtesy and we would have been empathetic. I don't care how good the food is. They will never get a penny of my business. AND I'm telling everyone I know about this experience.

Very disappointing. Family was hoping for a nice meal during a long layover. Seemed like a nice place to hang out. Servers were friendly. Our waitress was decent so she's the one saving it from zero stars (even though she didn't comp the bad food.) Steak was pitifully small but the worst part was how overcooked it was. Not a drop of juice left in it. Couldn't even eat it. Told server, but like I said, she didn't do anything for our bill. Burger was also overcooked and extremely dry. Also couldn't eat. Chicken wings were fine. Save you $$ on this VERY overpriced food and just buy airport food. Trust me it'll be better than this place.

When you charge $26 for a hamburger you better make it spectacular, which this was not. Menu prices online are out of date. This burger could have been from Five Guys and I would have enjoyed it better. I had paltry serving of fries. I would have complained they skimped on the fries but frankly I didn't want the extra carbs. The bacon was undercooked and burger meat was ok. Oh it includes tomato and lettuce though those two weren't listed on the online ordering menu as a choice to leave off which I would have elected. So instead, I had to remove those trimmings myself from my Michelin-priced fast food burger. Do better please.

I was waiting to be assigned to a table for more than 10 minutes while all three waitresses were having fun making jokes. One of the bartenders came out to let them know there were people waiting, but they didn’t care. I guess their jokes were more important than their work. I left without ordering, but I did notice on the menu that burgers are $27, which seems like a lot!
