I booked the parasailing with Miami watersports after I got off a cruise with my family for the 4 of us. It was all of our first time ever doing it. The staff was very friendly, very accommodating and our experience was nothing short of amazing! I would highly recommend and of the activities they have to offer! The parasailing was so amazing! The views were breathtaking. I was scared before doing it but it was not scary at all. They also make sure to let everyone know they have the choice to get dipped in the water or not. We of course choose to get dipped and we were not at all disappointed. Thank you again
Awesome parasailing experience. Captain Tom and the staff on board made it even better. Lots of good vibes and energy, and most of all, we did the excursion safely. I highly recommend it.
We bought a speed boat tour while we were on vacation here. We were excited to get to experience a speed boat in the Miami area and cool off on a hot day. At least we were excited… when we arrived no one was there for a good 20 minutes despite telling us to arrive 30 minutes prior to our scheduled time, when they finally got set up it we had to wait a long time just to even get to fill out the waiver. After an hour of waiting they finally came back to tell us a lie and wouldn’t take us. We then had to go through a long process online just to get our money back. They tried to give us a credit for it instead which was its own long process. We ended up going to the thriller speedboat down by bayside marketplace. It was far more welcoming and enjoyable where we were able to actually ride a speedboat. Not having to wait an hour and have someone lie to us also helped! I would only recommend going to Miami Watersports if you like wasting your time and money on your vacation.
Really good experience. Booked a jet ski hour fo my son on our last day in Miami. Staff really friendly and helpful. My son had a blast and there were covered picnic tables for my Aunt and I to wait for him. Only downside for us was nowhere for us to get a drink so if you go, bring your own! Would recommend! Others have commented on issues with refundable deposits back but mine was back in my UK account within 2 days.
Miami water sports was amazing! Nico, Tony, Fred, and clemis were very helpful and kind. They price matched me and my friends from another company. Was very thorough with instructions 10s all across the board! Thank you again for the amazing experience
My daughter and I had a blast. It was our first time and it was a great experience to share with her. Captain P and Tommy were the best they kept us safe and hype the entire time. Our lives were in their hands literally...lol...You need to book with them everytime!
Miami Watersports was one of the most disappointing experiences we had in Miami.
The company advertises pricing online, but additional fees appeared that were never disclosed on the website and were not mentioned when we specifically called ahead to ask about all costs. The online pricing and "discounts" also don't seem to add up correctly, making the advertised deals feel misleading.
The front desk staff was rude, inattentive, and seemed more interested in chatting with each other than helping customers check in. Customer service was lacking from the moment we arrived.
The banana boat ride was advertised as a fun group activity, but the driving was excessively aggressive and felt more reckless than enjoyable.
The only positive part of the experience was the parasailing crew. The boat captain and his assistant were friendly, professional, and made that portion of the trip enjoyable.
Unfortunately, good employees couldn't make up for hidden fees, poor customer service, and an overall disappointing experience. Just keep that in mind when shopping around for water activities your next vacation.
Group from WPB!!! We had a blast with Miami Watersports!! I fell in the water and was struggling to come up and the guys came in the water to help! Major shoutout cause I thought I was gonna live with the fishes forever😭😭! Definitely recommend coming out to Miami and having a blast with the guys! One suggestion is complimentary water. Other than that, definitely recommend.
