Just wanted to thank Yanely for being the boss lady she is! Had an issue with a nieghbor and she reassured me from the beginning that she will solve it and sure enough, she made miracles happen and I truly appreciate that. She is a great asset to the riverlanding leasing team and I truly feel cared for under her watch 🙏🏼

The apartments themselves are beautiful and very spacious, which is what initially drew me to the property. I’ve also worked Greystar before, which is why I expected a certain level of professionalism and communication, especially with follow ups. Unfortunately, it has been extremely difficult to get in contact with the leasing office. I have been trying for over three weeks now without success. I’ve called more than 28 times, attempted to book an appointment (but the system was down), and left several messages. The only people who answer are the front desk staff, and when they transfer me to the leasing office it goes straight to voicemail. None of my calls have been returned. I truly hope management improves their responsiveness, because the property itself has a lot of potential. Better communication and follow-up would make a big difference in the overall experience. I came in 3/14 for The concierge to tell me that they’re not accepting any walk-ins. I called 15 more times throughout the week and no one answered me and when I was explaining this to concierge, and I was unable to get a hold of somebody, nor has anybody reached out, she literally rolled her eyes and walked upstairs and then handed me her business cards that there was nothing she can do.

One of the most concerning issues I have experienced at this property is the complete disregard for resident privacy and security. On multiple occasions, maintenance staff have attempted to enter my apartment without proper authorization. In one instance, they knocked while I was in the shower and, despite not receiving any response, proceeded to enter the unit. This is particularly alarming given that I had explicitly stated in my work order that no one was to enter unless I personally answered the door. After reporting this incident, I was assured it would not happen again. However, I later witnessed staff attempting to enter my apartment without authorization once more. This raises serious concerns not only about policy enforcement but about overall respect for residents’ safety and boundaries. It also leaves me questioning whether this has occurred at other times without my knowledge. Combined with ongoing issues related to parking, billing, and overall management responsiveness, this pattern of behavior reflects a lack of professionalism and accountability that is unacceptable in a residential building. This is not just an inconvenience, it is a serious breach of trust and basic tenant rights.

Sin duda, Lantower River Landing es un lugar excepcional. Desde la llegada, sorprende por sus hermosas vistas y el ambiente tan agradable que ofrece. La atención y el servicio destacan por su calidad, con un trato cercano, amable y siempre atento, lo que genera una sensación constante de calidez y hospitalidad. La limpieza y el orden merecen una mención especial: cada área se encuentra perfectamente cuidada, impecable y bien mantenida, algo que se percibe en cada rincón. Este nivel de pulcritud es gracias, en gran medida, al excelente trabajo de Giovanna, cuya dedicación eleva notablemente la experiencia y marca una diferencia real.

This building is branded on their website as a "luxury" apartment complex and, at the time we moved in, was priced about 20% above the average rent in the area. We chose it because we have lived in true luxury buildings before and know the difference is usually worth the price. This building was not. From the start, we dealt with a strong chemical smell coming from the curtains. We reported it within days of moving in. Management explicitly stated that the issue appeared to be our sensitivity, not the odor itself. Three months later, after repeated follow-ups, they finally removed the curtains and placed them in another unit. They eventually admitted they had to dispose of them after new tenants also complained about the same toxic smell, confirming we were right all along. We had a downstairs neighbor whose loud parties regularly went well past 2 a.m. and did not allow us to sleep. Despite multiple complaints and evidence, management only issued notices that never solved the issue. There were no real repercussions, which makes it clear this type of behavior is tolerated. If you enjoy partying without consequences, this may be the perfect place for you. The fire alarm system went off more than 35 times during the year we lived there, often multiple times in the same day. These were always false alarms and significantly louder than in any other building we have lived in. If you work from home, this can interrupt meetings and presentations, as it did to us several times. Parking is another issue. We lived in a 2-bd unit, which parks in the basement. That level consistently smelled like decomposing garbage, and the odor seeped into our car (our car is new and has no leaks). Studios and 1-bd units park starting on the 12th floor, which is key information and would have been a total deal breaker for us, yet it was never mentioned during our tour, despite us considering a 1-bd as well. Bikes are kept exposed to the elements, and being so close to the highway, they quickly become covered in smog that is very difficult to clean. We called it the bike cemetery, since most people left their bikes there and stopped using them altogether. This is not shown during tours, so if you own a bike, make sure to ask to see this area yourself. If you are moving into the South Tower, ask to see the full moving path. Moving requires taking two elevators far apart from each other, meaning you or the moving team you hire has to load and unload twice, essentially turning it into two moves. On top of that, the distance from where a moving truck can park (which is inside the building’s dumpster room and smells terrible), to the units is extreeeemely long. The location is also very isolated. Aside from the small riverside walk, you need a car for almost everything other than the shops downstairs, which can feel confining over time. I could go on and on with more examples of the poor management and the not-so-fun surprises you discover after signing the lease, but in short, this building is not worth the price, and is definitely not a luxury complex.

Been living here for over 2 years now and I have enjoyed it very much!! Sunsets from the west tower are absolutely amazing. Mgmt staff is very nice and friendly! At the front desk Yaimara is always nice and friendly in the mornings and Ms. Bell is a sweetheart!! Having the shops downstairs is a huge benefit!!
