Watr at the 1 Rooftop

I recently visited Watr Rooftop at the beautiful 1 Hotel South Beach, and everything was absolutely perfect, the ambiance is stunning, the rooftop views create such a relaxing yet vibrant atmosphere. It’s the perfect spot for a special night out or even just drinks at sunset, the food was incredible, fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every dish exceeded expectations, theservice was equally impressive. The staff was attentive, friendly, and made sure we felt welcomed and taken care of the entire time. Overall, it was a flawless experience. I can’t wait to come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Miami Beach!!!

Watr is definitely worth checking out for the atmosphere—it’s a beautiful spot with great views and a fun vibe. The food was good, but honestly I think it’s a little overrated for the price and all the hype. The highlight of the experience was the service. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome. Overall, I’d go back for the ambiance and drinks, but not necessarily for the food.

Went to Watr for a graduation dinner. The best part was our service, Raul, was fantastic. Extremely friendly and attentive, along w/ other staff keeping the table clean and water cups full. Next the food, overall it was good the Tuna Tartare and Salmon Tataki were great dishes, along with the Hot Pot Rice. The Wagyu Skirt Steak was surprisingly good as well. The Watermelon Margarita and the espresso martini were good but I wish the Watermelon flavor was a bit stronger. Finally the overall ambiance was decent, it definitely feels like you would go here for a pre game party type of experience with the music being very loud, I wouldn’t say it’s a family / dinner spot. I would’ve liked if the table in front of the couch was a little higher, it was a little difficult to eat from the table. For the amount of food, overall experience, and price I don’t see myself going out of my way to make plans to eat here but I would not complain about going back.

I think this place is fine but for the price point it doesn’t really hit for me. The service was meh. The cocktails were mid and weirdly I think the restrooms have a better view than the restaurant itself. It’s a decent spot if you are staying at that hotel but not worth a trip on its own.

We had dinner at Water at 1 Hotel South Beach last week to celebrate my best friend’s birthday, and it was an incredible experience. All of the staff were extremely attentive and very knowledgeable about the menu and how to provide excellent service. I highly recommend trying the octopus, the sushi pieces, and the dessert with ginger ice cream. Everything was delicious!!! The cocktails were also amazing ✨✨ Definitely a place I would come back to and recommend to others!

The king truffle salmon roll was to die for. Delicious drinks and the vibes and DJ were great. Plus the rooftop itself was beautiful. They also put on the Knicks finals for fans to watch. Will definitely come back here the next time I’m in Miami.

If you’re looking for a great Japanese restaurant with an amazing view Watr 1 is the place to go. The service was amazing. The vibes and atmosphere were top notch. The music set the tone for the atmosphere. I really enjoyed my time here. The food was delicious and fresh. The drinks tasted great as well. I’ll definitely be back when I’m in Miami next.

The Casa del Dragón cocktail stood out as one of the best cocktails I’ve ever had, perfectly balanced, bold, and memorable. The vibes are absolutely on point. Between the stylish crowd, relaxed energy, and stunning views overlooking South Beach, it’s hard to find a better rooftop setting in the area. It’s the kind of place where you want to linger and soak it all in. We also tried the tuna tartare. While it wasn’t the best tuna tartare I’ve ever had, it was fresh, well-prepared, and hit the spot nicely. Overall, WATR Rooftop is a must-visit when you’re in South Beach, ideal for great cocktails, beautiful views, and a top-tier rooftop atmosphere.
