Thanks to Crystal and Davon, I now drive the mom car of my dreams. The level of customer service that I received on yesterday was TOP TIER!! I drove to Metairie from Baton Rouge for my 10:00 appointment and was back home in time to pick my kids up from school by 3:40. Crystal made sure this experience was efficient, friendly, and resulted in me driving off in my 2019 Honda Pilot Touring. Crystal and Davon both kept me and my friend comfortable throughout the entire process. Thank you so much again to everyone at Matt Bowers Infiniti that made this purchase possible. I have been a loyal INFINITI customer since 2017 and recently relocated back to New Orleans after years of having my vehicle serviced at Nalley INFINITI in Atlanta.
Unfortunately, my first experience with Matt Bowers INFINITI was extremely disappointing.
My service advisor, John Daigle Jr., was dismissive from the moment I arrived. Basic questions about recommended services were met with minimal explanation, and I felt more like an inconvenience than a valued customer.
What concerned me most was the inspection process. My inspection report indicated that all front lights were functioning properly, yet I arrived knowing my front passenger-side turn signal was not working. When this was brought to the dealership's attention, the explanation provided only raised more questions about the accuracy of the inspection itself.
Additionally, after spending more than two hours at the dealership for a routine service appointment, I left and discovered my check engine light was on. I was later told it wasn't addressed because that wasn't the reason for my visit. My issue isn't that a diagnosis wasn't performed—it's that no one even informed me the light was on.
After nearly nine years as an INFINITI customer, this experience fell far below the standard I've come to expect from the brand. Based on this experience, I will not be returning to this dealership.
I had a great experience at Matt Bowers INFINITI for my oil change. Mr. John was incredibly kind, professional, and accommodating. Even though I didn’t have an appointment, he got me in and out quickly with excellent service. It’s hard to find customer service like that these days! Great service! Actually best service!! Best service I’ve ever gotten from any dealership I’ve ever been to! I made an appointment, was met by name when I arrived, got a ride to the mall during my service. My service advisor kept me informed via text and phone call the entire time. I got picked up and then my service advisor took care of everything right there in his office. No problems at all. Excellent experience
The Tech Advisor, Danielle was very pleasant, attentive, & accommodating to all issues. She was absolutely awesome. I just didn't have much money to get it all done. However, with all issues noted, I was still happy leaving.
From the time I arrived, I was greeted by the Sales Consultant with a smile. It was my 1st time there. Sales Consultant guided me through the whole process of my vehicle oil change. She took me to the waiting room and offer me coffee and water while my vehicle was ready. Thank you Matt Bowers Infinity of Matairie.
