White Post Farms of Melville

I love taking my daughter every year. such a great experience and and memories. First time I told her I ever wrote a horse or got defeated, giraffe, and hold a bird was a beautiful experience and feeding the other animals.

Came here for a fall day with friends! I definitely recommend this as a group outing. We ordered our tickets online 2 for $73. Shows, hayride and zoo included with more. They also have sooo many photo ops and great popcorn. I recommend getting the freeze and bake chicken pot pie for $38! It was delicious!

Great family experience. They have a store by the entrance with large selection of pies and breads. The farm itself has a good range of animals. You can feed them and certain animals you can have your child ride. Overall a nice outing for the young ones if you have any.

This zoo is so perfect for little ones. We went on a Friday before schools were out for the summer and it was nice and quiet. All the animals looked healthy and EVERYONE on staff was very kind. Would highly recommend this farm for a nice day trip out of the city!

Had a great time here with the family. The staff was friendly. They had a bunch of different animals and activities. Food at the farmer's market was a little pricy but good.

If you are considering going here, you should definitely go! It's a great little farm. The animals seem well taken care of and it was so fun to feed the giraffe. Finished up by getting some fruit pie cookies from the front, SO GOOD.

The hayride was such a fun and relaxing ride through the farm—great views, festive vibes, and perfect for kids and adults alike. We especially loved the pumpkin painting station—such a creative and hands-on activity that made for great fall memories. The kids had a blast decorating their pumpkins and showing them off. And of course, the petting zoo was a huge hit! From goats and llamas to bunnies and pigs, all the animals were friendly, well cared for, and eager for attention. You can tell the staff really love what they do and care deeply about the animals. Everything was clean, safe, and full of charm. It’s the kind of place that makes you feel like a kid again. Highly recommend for families, couples, or anyone who loves a wholesome seasonal experience!
