We brought our car in after a rear-end collision and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Sam, the manager, went above and beyond throughout the entire process. His communication was outstanding, he kept us informed with timely, clear updates every step of the way, which gave us real peace of mind. What really set this experience apart was how Sam handled the insurance side of things. Not having to deal with any paper work with the insurance company, which would have been super stressful but instead, the process was incredibly smooth and hassle-free. From drop-off to pickup, the service was professional and efficient. Sam answered any and all questions I had which was a lot, and our car looks fantastic. We’re extremely grateful for the exceptional service and would not hesitate to return in the future if the need ever arises. Highly recommend!

I would personally like to thank Al Piemonte Ford’s body shop, and Patrick Gavin, the manager. My vehicle was returned to me looking like it did the day I bought it. Everything was working properly and the vehicle had no ill effects from the damages it incurred. I originally had concerns because the vehicle is a luxury suv that experienced over $16,000 in damages. The results were outstanding. I had the vehicle appraised after leaving the dealership by a local Lexus dealership and was pleasantly surprised at the favorable results. Again many thanks to all the employees that participated in making the experience the best possible. I would highly recommend the body shop to anyone who had the unfortunate experience of having had their vehicle damaged.

He made sure the issue would be fully taken care of and explained everything clearly — from parts and labor to the time involved. Over-all a great buying experience. Sam And Edwin and the manager Steve were more than helpful. All of my questions were answered and I left feeling confident in my purchase. And more importantly my mom was happy with her New Truck! 😁👍🏽

I cannot say enough about my salesman Edwin Pena at Al Piemonte Ford I walked in and most of all Find my brand new 2026 Ford Explorer from Edwin was So very knowledgeable patient with showing me How to work my new 2026 with all the electronically devices which I am a stranger to however, Edwin was very patient and he was not pushy. He was extremely pleasant to purchase my new suv! He didn’t play games he Was not pushy most of all very helpful and pleasant. My car was struck while it was parked. I chose the Al Piemonte Ford Bodyshop to repair my car and it was done in 2 weeks. My Bodyshop rep, Henry Miller, kept me up to date on my progress worked with my insurance to get my car back to tip-top shape. I've been to the Piemonte Ford Service Center previously, but it’s good to know that you’re in good hands for repairs. Definitely 10/10 recommend!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this dealership. Their customer service was rude, dismissive, and disrespectful from the start. I brought my vehicle in because of known recall issues that should have been addressed by the manufacturer and dealership. Instead of taking responsibility and helping resolve the problem, they required me to pay money just to inspect or view the vehicle. To make matters worse, I had to pay to have the car towed to their dealership, only to be told there was little they could do for me. Rather than assisting with the recall-related concerns, their primary focus seemed to be trying to sell me another vehicle. There was no effort to provide meaningful support, explain my options, or stand behind the products they service. What made the experience even more frustrating was being told that they would have treated me differently if they had known my father had purchased many vehicles from their dealership over the years. Good customer service should be provided to every customer, not based on whether they have a family history of buying cars there. That comment only reinforced the feeling that I was not being treated fairly or respectfully. After the expense and inconvenience of towing my vehicle there, I expected far better treatment and a genuine attempt to help. Instead, I was met with poor service and a lack of accountability. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking for honest service, professionalism, or customer care.
