The Children's Museum of Southern Oregon

A wonderful time! We visited on a Sunday afternoon with a 2 and a half year old girl. The museum was not crowded but there were other families with children there. Everyone was respectful and very well behaved. We got to play inside and outside and had lots of fun! We stayed over two hours and didn’t experience everything. We loved the interactiveness of the museum. Would highly recommend.

What a FUN place to take your young children! We spent almost 3 hrs with our 2 yr old and there was still more to do! Train table, play construction area, farm to table, water, air, and light experiments and you can make crafts. So much fun!!!

I think this is a great place for your child to try a lot of fun toys and experiences, my only problem is the price. You have to not only pay for your child but the adults as well, and paying for your child is more expensive than an adult ticket. The adult tickets are 10 and the childrens tickets are 15 which seemed a bit much for what you are getting. It would make sense for a class, but this is primarily free play for your child. The staff are friendly and the facility is large, however it feels overpriced. I think you should charge for either the adults or the children, not both. That adds up incredibly quick and the year passes are not feasible for most families, especially if you have more than one child and want to have your partner with you. It's a good once in awhile outing experience, but I wouldn't be able to justify it more than that.

My 2.5 year old grandson loved the museum. He especially loved the conveyer belt that he could turn to move the play fruit up to the grocery store. We will return in the future.

So excited about the new location. It is beautiful 😍 We visited today. My kids are 10, 8, 5 &3. The staff was friendly as always, facility was clean and activities were FUN!!!! We packed a lunch and ate out on the front lawn under the big trees. It was wonderful. My only negative was parking. There is no designated parking lot and all street parking is only 1 or 2 hours.

This place is INCREDIBLE! Really a must see! There are so many fun things for your child to do, even as a parent we had so much fun! There is a multitude of activities and play for hours of fun. The staff was very attentive and always on the go resetting the areas And cleaning. This was a great experience and we all had so much fun. From playing a dentist to a doctor, EMT with all the works, to a chef or farmer, construction worker, radio host and noise maker to an awesome making place for crafts. There's so much more too. They really took no short cuts with this place!

My 3yo grandson had a great time when we visited last week. Hours worth of fun. There were tons of things for a great age range. We purchased a 1yr pass for the whole family. The cost is well worth the entertainment it will provide as well as a wonderful, and safe place to go when the weather is no good. So convenient right downtown too.
