SURE ELECTRIC and ADAM EXCEEDEED MY EXPECTATIONS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Adam from Sure Electric, LLC. was on time, knowledgeable and extremely professional. He quickly identified my electrical issues and got right to work. Adam must come from a very good family as he was extremely polite and had great work ethics throughout the repair. He really seemed to care about the Customer and worked to make sure I was completely satisfied with the repairs. Everything was fixed PERFECTLTY! I was thoroughly impressed with Adam and Sure Electric. I would highly recommend them to anyone. (Pro Tip: Ask for Adam as I don't know if you could get a better Electrician!!!)

Excellent work by Johnny! Diagnosed and repaired the electrical issues fast and professionally! This company was recommended by our water company American water and the service was great over the phone. Upon arrival I was greeted by Johnny with a firm handshake not something you see often, and went straight to work. After evaluating the situation he was quick to resolve the issue. I heard Sure Electric LLC from my friend who used its service to install an EV charger (Tesla Wall Connector). So I contacted Sure Electric and asked them about how much to install a same Tesla Wall Connector in my home. The process is relatively simple, just took some basement and electric board pictures and answered several questions, and I got the quote next day! The price is very reasonable and I also choose adding a surge protector. Today they send Steve, a 27-years experienced technician over, and he worked diligently whole 3 hrs to get the job done, professionally, clean and beautiful! I highly recommend their services if you want to install an EV charger like me. 5-star!!!

I wouldn't hesitate to hire for any further work. I would give 10 stars if available. Needed a licensed electrician to perform required work in property sale. Arrived on schedule as promised. I know my way around residential wiring and could tell right away their electrician Steve was highly knowledgeable, professional, patient and worked efficiently to minimize the expense. They quickly sent an invoice with a description of the work to meet our requirement. Couldn't ask for better service.

EDIT: Just had Sure install some Ring Camera lights and a Ring Doorbell. Joey was professional and efficient. Sure continues to impress and will be our electricians of choice. See below for original EV Charger installation review: Prior to getting an EV, I had a charger installed by Sure. They were listed on the Tesla website (not getting a Tesla), so I knew they would be trustworthy. The process was simple. Filled out an online form. Johnny came to do an on-site inspection and estimate. Once I approved the estimate, installation was scheduled promptly. Johnny was also the installer. He was quick, thorough and clean. The charger (and a whole house surge protector) were installed in just a few hours. I was impressed with the entire operation. If we ever require electric work, I will definitely use them again.

A recent power surge damaged an outlet in our home and disrupted our internet connection. Because the surge affected many households in the neighborhood, it was difficult to find an electrician on short notice. We enrolled in the Interior Electric Line Protection Program from American Water Resources several years ago, so we contacted American Water Resources, and they responded quickly by coordinating with their contractor, Sure Electric LLC. An electrician (Nick) was dispatched promptly. It turned out that the issue was more complex than expected and required an additional repair. American Water Resources approved the follow-up work right away, and two electricians from Sure Electric—Nick and Adem—returned in one week and successfully resolved the long‑standing problem. We are very grateful for the prompt, professional help from both American Water Resources and Sure Electric.
