I spent $125 for the “Mother’s Day Arrangement” for my mom. While delivery was timely, the contents were extremely disappointing. I understand I can’t expect perfect flowers delivered, but in this condition, I wouldn’t even pay $20. I will not give these to my mom on her special day. Disappointing.

PICTURES ATTACHED: Flowers arrived individually wrapped in plastic sleeves inside of a cardboard box, not arranged. Most of the flowers were slightly crushed. My girlfriend needed to make the display herself. When they say, "some of the flowers will still be budding to prolong the life of the flowers" on the website, expect that around 75% of the flowers will still be budding. The budding does not extend the life of the flowers, either. The pictures attached were taken 10 days after the flowers arrived. They were watered and taken care of, but died nearly immediately anyway. The card is also typed extremely impersonally and not handwritten. While the end result was okay, it was absolutely not worth the price tag. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

My daughter sent me this gift for Mother's Day. She has used this floral company several times. Each time I have received a gift from them they are unique.

My partner spent over $100 on flowers here and we received the most wilted piece of garbage flowers I’ve ever seen. Like I literally could have spent $15 at walmart and they would’ve been better. Please see photos for what he ordered and what we got. Like what??? Y’all, just shop locally and support your local florists.

I’m not exactly sure but here’s my story. Ordered flowers on the third to be delivered by the eighth. Flores won’t get there till the 11th. It says after they took the money and promised the eighth. Would’ve been nice to get my mom those flowers on time. I know to this company the money I spent wasn’t enough for them to prioritize my shipment. They’re either extremely understaffed. Or extremely irresponsible in their business practice. As a former Logistics Manager for one of the most largest companies in the government. I can definitely tell you getting my product where it needed to go plenty of times was important and I always got it there on time unless the thing it completely went sideways it always got on time towards destination. I’m not saying you ruined a special day. But a heads up with an email would’ve been nice. Hey your delivery is gonna be late. Getting a phone call from your mom. I’m sorry they never delivered what you bought me son was not the words I wanted to hear. I’m not saying you’re a really poor business. I’m saying you don’t know how to deliver on time. And I’ll never shop with you again thanks. Tim.

Initial delivery issue was rectified quickly. The Mother's Day flowers I ordered for a first time mother arrived on Mother's Day, and I was told they're beautiful. Will use Bouqs again. And they have a tremendous selection, was hard to choose!

Pretty upset with Bouqs right now. I've used there service before years ago and never had this experience before. Wife just received her flowers today around noon. She said they smelled wonderful but the flowers looked smashed and old. When I got home from work the flowers looked like something I could have bought from Walmart sale section for 20 bucks. I definitely paid too much. I also upgraded to a deluxe to get a fuller bouquet for my wife. I ended up with the Temu version.
