Olympus Spa

I have been to Olympus Spa 3x and the last time I went (which was on a Friday): was loud in the tea room, the sauna, and loud when I was doing a body moisturizing treatment. I appreciate Nana who helped quiet the noise while I was receiving the body moisturizing treatment. Although I did let the front desk know about these instances and did confirm I put on the rubber head phones (these are behind the entrance door to the spa) it was still noisy. I was recommended to come in Monday/Tuesday to Thursday as it does not get too crowded or loud. I thought, ok I guess that makes sense. And at check out I did schedule a Korean body scrub + body moisturizing treatment with Nana for May 22nd. And decided to wait to review, but I had just received a call about my double booking… I had called on 5/4 to confirm my 5/22 appt. I had spoken to Sierra who I had asked: “are you sure because I believe I had scheduled this when I checked out?” and the response I got was very straightforward at first and when I asked 2x for her to please confirm this was booked or not, she said something along the lines of “i don’t see anything with your name so there is nothing I can do about that”, and therefore i decided to schedule for May 29th… I appreciate the communication from Katie and calling me to confirm what I believed I had scheduled after my appointment at check out on April 17th for May 22nd. I decided to cancel both appointments, although I was told otherwise for May 22nd. Anywho, I want to give this spa another try in the future but for the time being, no. Good things: - food was amazing! -servers are kind and quick to work with -scrub and treatment left me relaxed for the most part Not so good things: I did not appreciate being gaslighted when I called to confirm my appointment. I understand it gets busy, it’s a busy spa, but the customer service experience for scheduling could improve and the noise. ~Alexa

Took me by a fine surprise!! For years my daughter has been inviting me to go to the spa with her many times. I’m a little self-conscious because I’m not in the best physical shape so I could never see myself being comfortable in this environment Wow was I ever wrong! For my birthday a few weeks ago, my daughter offered me a choice a typical massage from my massage therapist or a day at Olympus with her I decided to be brave and say to heck with it and go to Olympus Made our visit this week and I left 1000% rejuvenated, relaxed and ready for more. Everyone was welcoming. It didn’t seem awkward at all. It was very busy and everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. I can’t believe all the different ways they’ve made it so easy to relax. And the cleanliness Is top-notch. I will be telling everybody about my visit here And back for more soon and as often I can. Lunch was a most welcome bonus midday through. My only regret is not going sooner.

My buddy and many friends over the years have talked about Olympus Spa and I finally went and I understand the hype! I think if every 20 year old woman went here they would understand self love way earlier. So beautiful to be with other women in a peaceful, clean and quiet environment. My experience with Anita who did my feet was next level she was gentle on the toes but thorough making my feet sparkle and it’s been the first time my feet didn’t still feel rough after a pedicure. The seating was comfortable and luxurious. It’s worth the expense and I can’t wait to see her again. I’m a large gal and it’s always nerve wracking to know if robes are going to fit and I slid right into mine comfortable and big enough. The pool environment is next level zen and I could have spent hours longer. One of my favorite was the cold plunge.The sand room had me feeling just like I was at the beach it was incredible. Korean food is my favorite and I enjoyed my meal so much I wanted to try everything. The perfect amount of fresh and savory. There were a couple hiccups with our appointment but I think it was handled professionally. At lunch our food order was forgotten with that being said I would still rate my experience 5 stars. I can’t wait to come back and tell everyone about this experience

I enjoyed coming to the spa as a birthday treat to myself. And I would probably come again, but use caution when booking Korean scrub. Unfortunately my most recent Korean scrub resulted in rashes on my skin the next day. It didn’t happen before, and I suspect it’s cuz I used the mugwort water after the scrub, as suggested by the lady. Otherwise my day was relaxing as I went through the different heated rooms. Food-wise: I enjoyed the Korean fried chicken and seaweed soup. The soup is such huge portion too!

Great local spa with the variety of saunas, pools and spa treatments. My favorite ones are salt room, charcoal room, chill and cabin rooms, as well as pool area, body scrub service, tea room and restaurant. Always a very nice and relaxing experience. Clean, friendly and professional! Love time here after a full week or weekend, having devotionals and just praising God for the time with him. 🙏

This was my first visit to the Olympus, I will definitely return. It was relaxing and I left feeling refreshed. I did the scrub and it's a must, you can't go without doing it. I felt like a new woman. The facility was clean and welcoming. The front staff know what they are doing and can help you arrange your services so you do them all in the right order and have still to use all the fun room and pools. Even if you just get a day pass is a great 'me' day.

I had not been before. Check in was smooth. Has lockers for all your things. The individual rooms are amazing. My favorite was the sand room. Felt like I was at the beach laying in the sand. Also loved the thermal pools and wet sauna. Will definitely go again.

I usually attend Tacoma and love it. Been going 25 years. But today I visited lynnwood. I went once 15 or so years ago. Wow they have upgraded things. A great experience and some new services/food options not offered at my usual place. Friendly staff. More rooms. Thank you Olympus!
