If you've never had runza, don't worry you're not missing out on anything tbh. The fries are crispy but no seasoning not even salt. And its just a roll with ground beef and onions nothing really crazy to brag about. I'd avoid this place considering how many other options are with in 5 minutes of this place. Theres a food truck across the street that deserves this building alot more then steamed beef. I well say though very clean and friendly environment. If they seasoned the beef it would take the sandwich from a 2 out of ten to a 6 out of ten.
I travel a lot and anytime I get near one of these I make sure I stop in and grab six of these for myself.
I tried in true recipe since 1949. You can't go wrong if you haven't eaten here you are missing out.

It has been at least 25+ years since I’ve eaten it Runza back when I lived in Lincoln Nebraska. Of course I thought about ordering the original, but I decided to go ahead and get the one with Swiss and mushrooms. It was fantastic. My wife got the cheeseburger and she enjoyed that as well. The staff was very friendly and amazing. In fact I left my credit card on the counter and one of the staff members brought it to me on my table.
I absolutely love stopping by here whenever I get the chance. The food is always unique, hot, and exactly what I am craving. It is such a comforting meal that never disappoints, and the staff is always quick and friendly. I always leave here feeling full and satisfied, and I really look forward to my next visit. I believe this is the only Location for this chain in Colorado. Strongly, the burgers taste better than the runzas, but if you have never had a runza, try one. Reasonable fast food pricing. Good fries and onion rings.
I am not easy to please but this cheeseburger was truly delicious. My two year old devoured his too. Drive thru speaker not great and the order taker couldn’t hear me well and they forget the ranch dressing and gave me the burger only when I asked for a meal. I ended up going through the line again for more burgers after my kid loved mine so it was fine. I would just suggest repeating order more clearly and maybe put a sign to pull up to the speaker. We will definitely be back. The food is real! Not over processed garbage. Great fries, great popper chicken, the best fast food around. Just needs a kids play place :))
The blonde short white employee had a huge attitude to customers about cones, she talked very loud to staff about how she was mad at people asking for cones, (a place known for ice cream) had a huge attitude towards me when I ordered and forgot my shake for 20 minutes, very unprofessional and rude, I love Runza but she made my experience horrible. Genuinely fire her, she has the worst customer service, would rather go to McDonald’s because they are more friendly, I believe her name is Adalie, she complained about how slow the computer was
There is nothing like Runza, such a unique and fun experience. I grew up with it in Nebraska and I'm so thankful we have one in Loveland, CO!! The food is wonderful. Burger, fries, onion rings, and of course the infamous Runza. The owner is great and the staff are always wonderful. Thank you!
